Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker system for a device in which its speaker box is placed at a listening position from a contained position in one operation, setting of the speaker system to the device is easy, and other connection wires to connect the device and the speaker system are not required. SOLUTION: The system has a speaker box 4 that is turned around a axis CL and contains a speaker SP, a positioning and energizing force storage means 100 that positions the speaker box 4 at a contained position P1 relating to a device and stores an energizing force, a release means 43 that releases the positioning of the speaker box 4 by the positioning and energizing force storage means 100 and releases the stored energizing force, and a positioning means 200 that positions the speaker box 4 to a listening position 2 with respect to the device when by speaker box 4 is turned around the axis CL by the energizing force.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus being easily handled to connect a terminal of an apparatus main body and a terminal of other apparatus without using a connecting wire and to prevent the terminals of the apparatuses from being exposed. SOLUTION: A terminal 16 of an instrument main body and a terminal 28 of other instrument are connected by mounting a connecting part 14 at outer mounting side on which the terminal 28 of the other instrument 12 to be connected to the terminal 16 of the instrument main body on a main body side connecting part 13 on which the terminal 16 is arranged. A connecting part on which at least one terminal of the terminal 16 and the terminal 28 is provided with a protecting means 17a, 17b to protect the terminal and has a structure that the protecting means 17a, 17b open/close according to attaching and detaching of the connecting parts.
