PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup that excludes the obstruction factors for thinning when an optical axis adjustment mechanism is included at the part of a rising mirror 40 arranged at the lower side of an objective lens 41, and has the adjustment mechanism of an optical axis having a small number of components, being simple and inexpensive. SOLUTION: A light path folding mirror 37 is provided at an optical axis side from the rising mirror 40 on a movable block 16, a holder 63 for retaining the light path folding mirror 37 can be rotated and adjusted to a mounting plate 53, hence the deflection angle of the optical axis is adjusted, further the pitching adjustment of the optical axis is made by utilizing the deflection deformation of the mounting plate 53, and light emitted from the objective lens 41 is allowed to impinge on the recording surface of an optical disk 13 constantly vertically, so that the tilt of the optical axis is eliminated. Abstract:
PURPOSE:To realize the stable running of a magnetic tape by coating a rigid carbonaceous film of Vickers hardness of 3000-5000 on surfaces of the unrotatable metallic tape guides which are arranged on the running path of the magnetic tape. CONSTITUTION:The tape guides 22, 23 which are made of stainless steel, constitute drum entrance and exit guides 5, 6. A stainless steel tape guide 16 is a fixed guide arranged between the drum exit guide 6 and a channel erase head 12. The rigid carbonaceous film 31 of Vickers hardness of 3000-5000 is coated respectively on the surfaces of these tape guides 5, 6, 16 by the vaccum deposition method, etc. In this case, the thickness (t) of this rigid carbonaceous film is approximately 1mum and the surface roughness is 0.5-0.6S. The variance in the frictional resistance of the magnetic tape caused by the repeated running of the magnetic tape is thereby remarkably reduced.

PURPOSE:To normalize tape traveling even when such an abnormality takes place in the reel take-up state that a tape is easily drawn out without rotating the reel due to a temp. change during transportation, etc., and an environmental change of use, etc., by preventing a reel servo from running away. CONSTITUTION:The device is equipped with an abnormal traveling detecting circuit 10 for detecting a traveling abnormality of the tape, a tension control data generating circuit 20 for generating tension control data based on tension of the tape and a changeover switch 50 for changing normal acceleration control data and the tension control data in accordance with a detected output of the abnormal traveling detecting circuit 10.

PURPOSE:To easily assemble a device and to reduce the cost by forming the head connector of a rotary transformer into a prescribed shape by molding formation, and unifying electronic parts with this head connector by press-fitting parts, assembling and this head connector in a prescribed position of an approximately cylindrical drum by press-fitting. CONSTITUTION:A head connector 10 of the rotary transformed is formed into a prescribed shape by molding formation, and electronic parts 16 are unified with this head connector 10 by press-fitting, and the head connector 10 with which electronic parts 16 are unified is assembled to a prescribed position of an approximately cylindrical drum 1 by press-fitting. Thus, a rotary head drum device is easily assembled without clamping means such as screws, and the number of parts is reduced to reduce the cost.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the output power ratio of a light source small in recording and reproduction or for respective recording surfaces of different kinds of an optical recording medium and multi-layered optical recording medium and to obtain an excellent characteristic by using a light source whose manufacturability is good and a light source whose light output rating is rather small. SOLUTION: Optical coupling efficiency in an irreducible necessary time is securely varied by detecting and controlling the power of luminous flux that an optical head 104 irradiates an optical recording medium 102 with by optical coupling efficiency varying elements 214 and 215 and variation in the optical coupling efficiency by an optical detecting element 216 according to the kind of the optical recording medium 102 and the recording surface and operation mode of the multi-layered optical recording medium, and then the power of the luminous flux irradiating the optical recording medium 102 can greatly be varied without making the output power ratio on the side of a light source 212 extremely large. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source unit, image projection device, and image projection converting device which can prevent fluctuation in the luminance of a projection image or an electronic image obtained by electronizing it. SOLUTION: A photosensor 43 which detects the quantity of light emitted by a light emitting lamp 41a is provided and according to the light quantity detection signal from this photosensor 43, the current supplied from a power source 42 to the light emitting lamp 41a is adjusted to make constant the quantity of light emitted by the light emitting lamp 41a. Consequently, the quantity of light projected on a movie film 1 is made constant and an image obtained by a photography part 60 has a small flicker and excellent picture quality.

PURPOSE: To provide a manual eject mechanism for a recording/reproducing device capable of reducing the number of components and miniaturizing the device by making an occupying space small. CONSTITUTION: An outer peripheral gear part 27 and an inner peripheral gear part 28 concentrical with the part 27 are provided on the outer periphery of a turning control knob 26 of the manual eject mechanism. While the outer peripheral gear part 27 is engaged with a transmission gear 36 provided on an output shaft of a reel driving motor 32, the reel driving motor 32 is made rotatable. Also, while the inner peripheral gear part 28 is engaged with an output gear 45 of a loading motor 44 through an FG gear 41, the loading motor 44 is made rotatable. A reel brake mechanism 60 is made into the released state, then a reel 18 at the tape take-up side is made rotatable in the taking up direction through a transmission mechanism from the reel driving motor 32 by the manual turning operation of the turning control knob 26. Simultaneously, loading gears 21, 22 are rotatably driven through the loaing motor 44 and the transmission gear mechanism from the FG gear 41.

PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a tape and a rotary head in a standby on mode for a long time. CONSTITUTION:The tape 10 is returned to a feeding reel 23 side by controlling the rotation of a capstan 16 in the state of holding the tape 10 with the pressure of a pintch roller 17 by a system control circuit 55 after the tension added to the tape of the feeding reel 23 side is made a prescribed value by a tension amplifier circuit 32. Thus, the tension added to the tape 10 of the feeding reel 23 side is reduced to a value smaller than the prescribed value.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To decrease the number of parts, to reduce cost, to stablize a ground pin and to make a device thin as a whole by installing the ground pin in a drum and fixing this ground pin by soldering. CONSTITUTION:A ground pin 13 is put in with pressure and installed in a fitting hole 10e formed in the peripheral wall part 10c of a notched part 10d in a lower drum 10 and a small diameter part 13a of this ground pin 13 is fixed with a substrate 15 for video signal by soldering. Therefore, a screw with washer is not required and the number of parts can be reduced for the screw. Further, since it is not necessary to control the fastening torque of the screw, grounding can be more easily stabilized. Thus, the cost is reduced, grounding is stablized and the device can be made thin as a whole.
