Abstract: PURPOSE:To ensure the contact between a tape and a head without adjustment by partially increasing a tension of the tape. CONSTITUTION:A thickened part 5 is formed at the upper part of an oblique guide 8 which presses the tape T onto a guide drum 1. The tape T abuts on the thickened part 5, then the tension in the upper part of tape T is increased. The contact between the tape T and rotating head 4 is ensured without adjustment by only the change of the shape of one oblique guide 8. A troublesomeness to adjust the plural oblique guides like as the conventional manner is eliminated.
