    Abstract: PURPOSE:To detect the phase difference of the desired signal and the unnecessary signal correctly, by detecting the zero cross position of the output of the sampling circuit in which the sampling circuit and the sampling position are variable, and by using the detection signal delayed by 1/4 or 3/4 than it. CONSTITUTION:The output of the sampling circuit 15b sampling the demodulated output in which the sampling circuit 15a and the sampling position are variable, is fed to the zero cross detection circuits 33a and 33b and each zero position is detected. The sampling pulse is respectively produced 36a and 36b at the position delayed by about n/4 or 3n/4 from each zero cross position. The sampling pulses Pd and Pu are added to the output of the circuit 15a and 15b with the gates 27a and 27b, the level is compared and DU ratio is displaying 30, and it is fed to the sampling gate 38a and 38b and the level is compared 40. Thus, the phase difference between the desired signal and unnecessary signal is correctly detected.

CONSTITUTION:Both the still and motion pictures are drawn on the card with magnetic tape part 3 provided. Thus, the pattern signals of part 3 are written into the field memory and then read out to the TV.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify the structure greatly as well as to increase the accuracy for the telecine device by performing the field scanning via the linear beams. CONSTITUTION:The light given from spot 7 of flying spot tube 1 is converted to line 8 in the horizontal direction via semicylindrical lens 2, and the light on line 8 is irradiated onto film 3. Scanner 6 performs the horizontal scanning while line 8 has a scanning in 1/60 sec. from the upper end to the lower end of frame 4a of film 3. Thus, the TV video signal which is equivalent to 1 field and contains the informations according to the picture of frame 4a can be obtained through scanner 6. Then the 2-field video signal is obtained by scanning frame 4a twice at line 8, and then the 3-field video signal is obtained by scanning next frame 4b three times via line 8. After this, the scannings are performed alternaltely in the same way in order to secure synchronization between the frame of film 3 and the TV field.
