Abstract:
The appts. includes a pressure contacting head (23) provided with a contact surface (23AX), a contact head holder (32), and two deformation devices to deform the contact head holder. The holder contacts the head with a preset section of a second object for a time fixed on a first object, on mutual compression. The head holder contains a recess (32AX) from the side of one direction, parallel to the contacting face. An aperture is orthogonal to the recess direction and to the contacting face. The head holder is deformed by one device (34,35) such that the recess inlet is opened, as required, or closed. The second deformation device (36A,36B) causes one or the other ends of the aperture to be compressed in a direction parallel to the recess direction as required.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arm driving mechanism of a component-supplying mechanism used for a component supplier in a compact and inexpensive packaging apparatus. SOLUTION: The mechanism is provided with a driving shaft 13 for driving an arm 17; a driver 11 for rotating and driving the driving shaft 13; first, second and third disk-like cams 16a, 16b and 16c provided at the driving shaft 13; a housing 15 for holding the arm 17 in a manner capable of driving the arm 17 in a longitudinal direction and a rotating direction; a vertical direction link 30 linked with the first disk-like cam 16a, and driving the housing 15 in the up and down directions; a rotating direction link 40 linked with the second disk-like cam 16b, and driving the arm 17 in the rotating direction; and a longitudinal direction link 50 linked with the third disk-like cam 16c, and driving the arm 17 in the longitudinal direction. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part mounting machine which allows adjustment of the tilt of a spindle. SOLUTION: An attaching head part 210 for sucking a part, a first adjusting part 220 which adjusts the tilt of the attaching head part in two orthogonal directions (P direction and R direction), a rotation part 230 which rotates the attaching head part, and a second adjusting part 240 which adjusts the tilt of the spindle of the rotation part in two orthogonal directions (P direction and R direction), are provided. So, the tilt in orthogonal two directions related to the attaching head as well as the spindle of it is adjusted.
