Abstract:
A metallic plate and an electrode of, e.g., a polymer lithium ion secondary cell are welded to each other securely so as to further improve the reliability and durability. An upper metallic plate (7a) and a lower metallic plate (9a) of a positive plate are so welded to an electrode (3) of the positive plate that they vertically sandwich the electrode (3). Similarly, an upper metallic plate (7b) and a lower metallic plate (9b) are so welded to an electrode (5) of a negative plate that they sandwich the electrode (5). Thus defective electric resistance welding is prevented.
Abstract:
A tape recorder is provided with an erasing head, a bearing member for rotatably journaling a pinch roller and a pinch lever for supporting the bearing member, all of them being integrally combined. The erasing head has its slidable contact surface projected into the tape path side with one of its side surfaces being faced to the peripheral surface of the pinch roller, and upper and lower flanges thereof projected over the slidable contact surface are used to guide a tape therebetween.

Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve further improvement in the reliability and durability by steadily welding the metal plate and the electrode of a polymer lithium ion secondary battery or the like. SOLUTION: The upper metal plate 7a and the lower metal plate 9a on the side of the positive electrode are respectively welded to the positive electrode side electrode 3 in a manner of interposing the positive electrode side electrode 3 from the upper and lower side respectively. The upper metal plate 7b and the lower metal plate 9b on the side of the negative electrode are respectively welded to the negative electrode side electrode 5 in a manner of interposing the negative electrode 5 from the upper and lower side, respectively. Thereby, the occurrence of welding failure during electric resistance welding is eliminated.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance welding device peeling automatically the sticking of an electrode after welding, resulting from the welding to a work. SOLUTION: In the welding device for welding by bringing electrodes 61, 62 into contact with the work to cause an electric current to flow, the electrodes 61, 62 are turned in the forward moving direction by actuators 39, 40 for turning before a welding current is made to flow, and in this state, the welding is performed. After the welding, the electrodes 61, 62 are turned in the reverse direction by the actuators 39, 40 for turning again.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time required to update data written in a NOR flash memory. SOLUTION: When a file is updated by generating file data obtained by updating first file data and second file data for updating a file composed of first to eighth file data and overwriting the old data, since the file data obtained by updating the first file data and the file data obtained by updating the second file data are written to clusters 1 and 2 adjacent in a sector, they are written to the clusters 1 and 2 in succession in one writing operation to update the file. The technique is applicable to an apparatus having a NOR flash memory. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store verified updated data in a NOR flash memory. SOLUTION: When an update management area is generated, a copy of an unupdated management area is written to a backup sector. When the copy of the unupdated management area is written to the backup sector, the value of all the bits that constitute a signature written in a signature area A 1 is overwritten with "0" to invalidate the signature added to the unupdated management area. After the signature is invalidated, the unupdated management area written in a management area sector is erased and the update management area is written to the management area sector. The technique is applicable to an apparatus having a NOR flash memory. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a power interruption during file update from influencing file data of the file not to be updated. SOLUTION: When a new file is stored in a NOR flash memory, file data is generated in cluster units forming the file. Even if a cluster 1-n of a sector 1 is not used when writing the first file data of the generated file data, a cluster 2-1, which is the first cluster of a sector 2 in which all the clusters are not used, is allocated for writing. Adjacent clusters in the sector 2 are allocated for writing the second and subsequent file data. The technique is applicable to an apparatus having a NOR flash memory. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
