PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera module advantageous in reduction in size and to provide an electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The camera module 10 includes a holder 12, a photographing optical system 14, a lens barrel 16, a spring 18, an imaging element 20, a substrate 22, and a driving section 24. When a current is supplied to the coil 30 in a certain direction, third magnetic force lines M3 in directions indicated by solid lines in the figure are generated from the coil 30. The third magnetic force lines M3 is generated in direction so as to increase first magnetic force lines M1 and decrease second magnetic force lines M2. Accordingly, the number of the first magnetic force lines M1 increases and the number of second magnetic force lines M2 decreases, so that the balance between the first and the second magnetic force lines M1 and M2 changes. Consequently, thrust is generated in the direction in which a lens barrel 16 (magnetic body 26) is moved so as to balance the numbers of the first and the second magnetic force lines M1 and M2. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig cleaning apparatus which is capable of reducing the cleaning cost and saving the installation space and excels in safety. SOLUTION: The jig cleaning apparatus has a chemical storage tank 2 for storing chemicals, a chemical weighing tank 3 for preparing and weighing the chemicals, and a cleaning tank 1 for cleaning a jig with the chemicals supplied from the tank 3, and comprises a chemical recovery tank 7 for recovering the chemicals after cleaning the jig, a pump 4b for supplying the chemicals recovered to the tank 7 to the tank 3, and a chemical filter 8 for filtering the chemicals after cleaning the jig. Thus, since the chemicals used for cleaning can be recovered without waste liquid and utilized, the cleaning cost can be lowered. Further, the apparatus having excellent safety by eliminating the transfer of the jig can be provided.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance airtightness and to maintain low oxygen concentration using a small quantity of inert gas by a method wherein cream solder is printed and a part mounted substrate is set on a substrate carrier in a cooling part, and the substrate is carried into a heating chamber by moving forward the substrate carrier. SOLUTION: Cream solder is formed on a substrate 1 by patterning, the part mounted substrate 1 is set on the bottom part 15a of a substrate carrier 15 which is led out to a cooling part 3, and the substrate 1 is moved into the heating chamber 4 of a heating part 2 by driving a substrate carrier 15. Under the above-mentioned condition, the back side wall part 15c of the substrate carrier 15 is closely fixed to the outer surface of a side wall 16, and an aperture part 17 is closed. To be more precise, as the aperture part 17 is opened only for a short period of time while the substrate carrier 15 is moving, the leakage of inert gas can be suppressed to the minimum. Accordingly, low oxygen concentration can be maintained by a little quantity of inert gas, and soldering cost can be cut down.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an air from leaking only using a screwing member without the other fixing tool or a packing by sealing both ends of a foaming tube with screwing a plug and a a joining plug respectively on female screws formed on an internal circumference on both sides of an air passage of a foaming tube. SOLUTION: In a foaming tube l, an air passage 1A to introduce the compressed air is formed in the inside, and it is composed of a heat resistance synthetic resin foaming body, etc. Female screws 2, 3 are formed only by a prescribed dimension at both ends of the internal circumference of the foaming tube 1. A circular column shaped plug 5 which is cut with a male screw 4 on the external circumference is screwed to the female screw 2 of one end of the foaming tube 1 and a tube joining plug 6 is screwed to the female screw 3 of the other end, and both ends are sealed. When the foaming tube 1 is changed, the plug 5 and the tube joining plug 6 are detached and these are re-changed enough to a new foaming tube 1, further, the attention is not required to twist, etc., and the foaming tube assembly A can be assembled exactly in a short time.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dynamic pressure bearing that can be easily forcibly drawn even when the forcibly drawing force is small in the case of forcibly drawing the dynamic pressure bearing from the resin molding die, and which does not scratch a dynamic pressure groove formed on the inner peripheral face, its die, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The dynamic pressure bearing 30A of the present invention has at least a series of dynamic pressure grooves and a radial bearing face formed in the inner peripheral direction and in the inner peripheral face direction of a resin cylinder formed by injection molding. When the dynamic pressure bearing 40A is forcibly drawn from the injection mold die, the sectional shape of the dynamic bearing grooves 44A in the forcibly drawing direction F is formed to be a recessed trapezoidal shape. At least an inclination face 43 in the drawing direction of the trapezoidal recess is formed to have an inclination angle of 135° to 145°. SOLUTION: In a liquid crystal projector, cooling air blowoff parts 78, 79 and 80 formed in the housings 72 and 73 of two sirocco fans 70 and 71 and in the vicinity of rotary blades 76 and 77 are directly connected to cooling air blowoff ports 43R, 43G and 43B at three locations of the lower part of the light valve unit. The cooling air blown from the cooling air blowoff parts 78, 79 and 80 is directly blown into the cooling air blowoff ports 43R, 43G and 43B at three locations of the lower part of the light valve unit not through a fan duct. SOLUTION: A connection piece 3 to connect a feed pipe is fixed to one end of four fitting rods 6, a fixing piece 5 is fixed to the other end of the fitting rods 6, and the connection piece 3 and the fixing piece 5 are fixed at a larger interval than the length of the foaming tube 1. A pressing piece 8 is slidably inserted at the fitting rods close to the fixing piece 5. The pressing piece 8 is pressed by a spring 10 fitted to the fitting rod 6 between the fixing piece 5 and the pressing piece 8 through a packing 2.

SOLUTION: The transmissive color wheel 4 has a plurality of color filters 4d to separate the white light emitting from a white light source 2 into effective light in temporally varied wavelength bands. The plurality of color filters 4d is configured such that the white light L1 transmits through each of the plurality of color filters 4d twice in each direction from the outside to the inside and from the inside to the outside, in one rotation of the wheel. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a recording/reproducing part 3 for recording/reproducing data with respect to a disk-like recording medium 10, an eccentric amount storage part 6 for storing the eccentric amounts in the radial direction of a head 2 at each position in the circumferential direction of the disk-like recording medium 10, and a CPU 5 for executing the tracking servo control based on a tracking error signal and obtaining the eccentric amount of the head 2 of the disk-like recording medium 10 to store it in the eccentric amount storage part 6 when the tracking servo control is not being executed, then this method is realized by reading out the eccentric amount from the eccentric amount storage part 6 by the CPU 5 and executing the tracking servo control of the head 2 in accordance with this read out eccentric amount.

PURPOSE: To provide a nitrogen-atmosphere dip soldering device which is excellent in maintainability and not limiting the soldering speed. CONSTITUTION: A box-like upper cover 40 and a lower cover 50 are provided to cover gas injection nozzles 46 which are arranged inside the upper cover 40 so as to cover the effective surface of an inner solder tank 30, and nitrogen gas is jetted out through the gas injection nozzles 46 to keep low oxygen concentration in the effective plane of the solder tank together with nitrogen gas reflected and guided by the side wall 41 of the upper cover 40.
