Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a white balance measuring apparatus for determining the white balance of a display device easily. CONSTITUTION:A measuring light from a screen to be measured is detected through a probe 1 and resolved into three primary colors. The quantity of light of each color is then converted into an electric signal to produce three primary color signals which are digitized at an A/D converting section 8. A processing section 9 operates the chromaticity and luminance for the digitized three primary color signals. The operation results are displayed numerically on the screen at a liquid crystal display section 7 and the coordinates thereof are controlled through a display control section 11.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a white balance measuring apparatus in which a plurality of types of display device can be measured easily by replacing a photosensor easily. CONSTITUTION:A detection probe 10 comprising color filters 12-14 for resolving a measuring light from a screen to be measured into three primary colors, photosensors 15-17 for converting the quantity of light of three primary color into an electric signal, and a nonvolatile memory 18 storing measuring parameters is freely exchangably connected with an apparatus body 30 through a connection cable 20. A three primary color signal detected through the probe 10 is passed through an A/D section 34 to produce a digital three color primary signal. It is fed to a processing section 35 where the chromaticity and luminance are operated based on measurement parameters fed from the nonvolatile memory 18. A display control section 37 then controls a liquid display section 33 depending on the operation results.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate inspection device and a substrate inspection method making it possible to easily discriminate a quality degradation of a parts mounting substrate caused by a deterioration with age. SOLUTION: A still picture in each region of a wiring substrate in a process of mounting parts on the wiring substrate is picked up by still picture information output means 11. Thereafter, moving picture information for each region is generated by moving picture information generating means 16 based on the static picture information memorized in the storage means 15.
