A pivoting device for a stand and an electronic apparatus are provided to increase convenience of the device without pivoting the stand manually by changing a pivot motion allowing angle of the stand through a pivot angel changing lever. A pivoting device(39) for a stand is supported on a rear surface of a main body to be pivoted. A main body side fixed part is fixed to the main body. A stand side fixed part is fixed to the stand. Pivot shafts(42,43) work as a supporting point of the pivot motion of the stand for the main body. Spring members(53) provide the stand with pivot force to the direction to which the end of the stand approaches the lower end of the main body. A pivot angle changing lever(57) changes the pivot motion allowing angle of the stand according to the operation position.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus and an electronic component, allowing a user operating the electronic apparatus to confirm a light emission state of a button from the front without impairing designability. SOLUTION: In the electronic apparatus 1, because a ring light shielding part 21 surrounds a peripheral surface 44 of the button 14, the designability is not impaired. Light emitted from a light emitting device 61 is incident on a diffusing sheet 50 provided on a bottom surface of a base 46 of the button 14, is scattered, passes through the button 14, and is emitted from a depression surface 43, so that the depression surface 43 emits the light. The light emitted from the light emitting device 61 is incident from the diffusing sheet 50 provided on the bottom surface of the base 46 of the button 14, is scattered, passes through the button 14 and a ring light emission part 31, is scattered inside the light emission part 31, and is emitted from the peripheral surface S of the light emission part 31, so that the peripheral surface S emits the light. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology by which a power supply button can be easily pressed whether a cover is installed on an electronic apparatus body or is detached from it, and an appearance of the power supply button or the like can be made look pretty. SOLUTION: A second power supply button 206 which can press a first power supply button 204 installed on the body 201 is installed on a front cover 202 capable of attaching and detaching from the body 201. As a result, even in a state wherein the front cover 202 is installed on the body 201 or detached from it, the first power supply button 204 (or the second power supply button 206) can be pressed easily, and the appearance of the main unit 200 looks pretty in either state. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyboard, wherein the rigidity of the keyboard is high, a keying feeling is excellent, and work of installation/uninstallation of a keyboard unit can be easily performed, and to provide an electronic device, a method of manufacturing the keyboard, a method of manufacturing the electronic device and a keyboard component. SOLUTION: The keyboard unit 7 is slid in a long direction of the keyboard unit 7. Thereby, a guide member 39 can be guided along the long direction of the keyboard unit 7 while engaging the guide member 39 with a guide rail 68. As a result, as shown in Fig.18, a side 81 of a projection piece 66 can be made to get into a hole 35 of a positioning protrusion 29. Next, an engagement protrusion 50 is guided to an engagement hole 17 of a protrusion 15 by a visor part 16 of the protrusion 15, and the engagement protrusion 50 can be made to get into the engagement hole 17. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of substantially reducing noise generated from a driving device while maintaining the driving device compact and light-weight, and a sound proofing method for the same. SOLUTION: In the backside of a cover 283 covering the entire front of a main unit, i.e., wall parts 292 and 293 which are surfaces facing the front of the main unit, a Helmholtz resonator including a hole 295 and a cavity is disposed to absorb a sound of a frequency which becomes a peak of noise of a hard disk drive. Accordingly, the noise is effectively reduced. Especially, as the cover 283 covers the entire front of the main unit, and the areas of the wall parts 292 and 293 are large enough to dispose more Helmholtz resonators, sound absorbing performance is more enhanced.
