CONSTITUTION:When a transmission disk 6 is moved to the 1st position by a torque switch means 7, the transmission bars 19 of the disk 6 interlock the coupling holes of both input and output disks 1 and 5 respectively. The drive torque supplied to the disk 1 is transmitted directly to the disk 5 via the bars 19. Then the disk 6 is shifted to the 2nd position by the means 7 and the interlocking state is released between the bars 19 and at least one of both coupling holes of disks 1 and 5. Thus it is possible to transmit the drive torque to the disk 5 from the disk 1 via a frictional torque transmission means not via the bars 19. This keeps the output torque at a fixed level of less. As a result, the reciprocating movements of the disk 6 is secured by the means 7 toward the axial line of the disk 6. Thus the output torque can be switched.
