PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel prevented from colliding with a fixing member of a lens holding frame even when power is not supplied. SOLUTION: The lens barrel is equipped with: at least one lens unit 14 provided in a cylindrical lens barrel body 10 on which light is made incident from one end 10a side, and made movable relative to the lens barrel body 10; a guide shaft 20 fixed to the lens barrel body 10 and guiding the lens unit 14 in a moving direction of the lens unit 14; and a lens unit driving means 30 driving the lens unit 14 along the guide shaft 20. A collision preventing member 40 which prevents the collision of the lens unit 14 with the fixing member 25 for fixing the guide shaft 20 in the lens barrel body 10 is provided on the guide shaft 20. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a general user to easily actualize image effects similar to image effects of long-time exposure, leading-curtain synchronization, trailing-curtain synchronization, multiple light emission, etc. SOLUTION: Image data of a plurality of frames having temporal continuity are combined to obtain a combined image given a long-time exposure effect. For the combination processing, the user selects a coefficient template by operation input. The coefficient template is stored as patterns of weight coefficients suitable to various effects such as a leading-curtain synchronization effect, a trailing-curtain synchronization effect, and a multiple light emission effect. The combination processing is carried out using the selected coefficient template. Namely, the combination processing is performed by imparting weight coefficients shown in the coefficient template to respective image data of the plurality of frames to be combined, and thus combined image data in the form of a still picture are generated. SOLUTION: This compound lens 1 is provided with 1st and 2nd lenses 2 and 10 and the fixed diaphragm 20 equipped with an aperture hole 21a in center and intercepting unnecessary bundle of rays out of the bundle of rays transmitted through the lenses 2 and 10, and the lenses 2 and 10 and the fixed diaphragm 20 are integrally assembled. The lenses 2 and 10 are respectively equipped with abutting parts 2e and 10e regulating the relative position in an optical axis direction by abutting on each other in the optical axis direction and tapered parts 2d and 10d fit with each other so as to align the optical axis. The diaphragm 20 is equipped with a tapered part 21b fit in the inner periphery of the tapered part 2d of the lens 2 so as to regulate the relative position in the optical axis direction to the lens 2 and align the center axis of the hole 20a with the optical axis.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain image effects of leading-curtain synchronization, trailing-curtain synchronization, multiple light emission, etc., using long-time exposure without requiring skillfulness. SOLUTION: A long-time exposure effect is obtained by combining image data of a plurality of frames having temporal continuity. The image data of the plurality of frames to be combined are subjected to luminance adjustments each suitably for the combination. In the combination processing, ranges (ranges on a time base) of the images to be combined and weight coefficients to be imparted to the respective images are set according to operation, and the image combination is performed. Namely, frames are selected and image combination is performed in a stage after imaging to actualize an imaging state by exposure time, shutter timing, etc., in the imaging, thereby easily obtaining image effects similar to long-time exposure imaging.
