SOLUTION: The information using device 3 inputs specific conditions of a summary which desired to be viewed, the information providing device 2 stores summary reproduction information showing the summary contents of broadcast content information and additional image information and extracts and distributes specific summary reproduction information and additional picture information to the information using device 3 according to specific condition information sent from the information using device 3, and the information using device 3 generates a summary according to the distributed information and reproduces it. Once the summary is reproduced, the information using device 3 transmits view result information showing that the summary is reproduced to the information providing device 2, which gathers the view result information to generate statistics of the view result information.
