Abstract:
An objective lens drive device used for an optical pickup device, comprising a fixed part, a lens bobbin having an objective lens installed therein, at least one magnet installed on one of the lens bobbin and the fixed part, a coil part installed on the other of the lens bobbin and the fixed part and moving the lens bobbin in a direction parallel with the optical axis of the objective lens and in a planar direction orthogonal to the optical axis of the objective lens, and an elastic support part formed of a stainless steel installed between the fixed part and the lens bobbin and movably supporting the lens bobbin in a direction parallel with the optical axis of the objective lens and in a planar direction orthogonal to the optical axis of the objective lens.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the processing, package, and transportation of a supporting member which supports a lens bobbin, and to make it with a material which can be easily obtained and which is inexpensive. SOLUTION: A moving magnet type is constituted by providing a magnetic circuit to a lens holder 3 and by providing driving coils 22 and 23 to a fixing part 1. As the supporting members 4, 4, one which is integrated by blanking a sheet of stainless steel in the state that a plurality of supporting members 4, 4 are continuous by connection pieces 10, 10 at both the end sides is used.
