Abstract:
A method for producing a steel sheet for a tension mask which comprises the steps of hot rolling a steel having the chemical composition in wt.%: C: less than 0.1 %, Si: 0.05 % or less, Mn: 0.4 to 2 %, P: 0.03 % or less, S: 0.03 % or less, sol.Al: 0.01 % or less, N: 0.01 % or more, balance: substantially Fe, cold rolling the hot rolled steel sheet followed by annealing, and subjecting the resulting steel sheet to a secondary cold rolling at a reduction in thickness of 35 % or more. A steel sheet produced by the use of the above method exhibits excellent resistance to creep in blackening processing and also has an excellent magnetic shielding property such that it exhibits a non-hysteresis magnetic permeability of 3400 or more at a DC bias magnetic field of 0.35 Oe, and thus causes no color divergence when used for a tension mask.
Abstract:
A steel sheet for a heat shrink band having a non-hysterisis magnetic permeability in a magnetic field of 0.35 Oe of 15000 or more and a yield stress of 24 kgf/mm or greater. The steel sheet for a heat shrink band can be produced by a method comprising a step of subjecting a steel containing C in an amount of 0.01 to 0.15 wt % to a hot or cold rolling, a step of annealing the rolled product at 650 to 900 DEG C, and subjecting the annealed product to temper rolling at a draft of 1.5 % or less. The steel sheet for a heat shrink band can be used for producing a cathode-ray tube which is almost free from the occurrence of color slippage and does not suffer the deformation of its panel face.

A CRT in its entirety is to be rendered lightweight without detracting from the resistance against pressure of a panel or from characteristics desirable for the CRT. To this end, there is provided a glass panel for a CRT obtained on chemically reinforcing the glass containing 57 to 64 wt% of SiO2, 0.1 to 4 wt% of Al2O3, 5 to 10 wt% of Na2O, 5 to 10 wt% of K2O, 7 to 13 wt% of SrO, 7 to 11 wt% of BaO, 0.1 to 2 wt% of TiO2, 0.1 to 4 wt% of ZrO2 and 0.01 to 1 wt% of CeO2.

SOLUTION: The stereoscopic display apparatus includes: the image display panel 1 for regularly mixing right-eye images and left-eye images within a plane and displaying them; a phase difference element 2 having a right-eye image display section 2a corresponding to the right-eye images and a left-eye image display section 2b corresponding to the left-eye images and used for carrying out polarization so that the right-eye images and left-eye images are different from each other in polarized state; the light shield layer 3 projecting so as to correspond to only an area that includes a boundary between the right-eye image display section 2a and the left-eye display section 2b; and an adhesive layer 4 formed between the phase difference element 2 and the image display panel 1, except a space between the top face of the light shield layer 3 and the image display panel 1, thereby sticking the image display panel 1, the phase difference element 2, and so on. PURPOSE:To reduce the number of high-voltage and medium-voltage cables by building a division resistor in a cathode-ray tube. CONSTITUTION:The resistive body 12 of a division resistor for supplying voltage to an electron gun within a cathode-ray tube is arranged in a ceramic base board 11, on which the coat glass 13 of an overcoat is arranged and baked, and built in within the cathode-ray tube. Therefore, as compared with the case of being mounted outside, the division resistor can be reduced to simplify the external circuit arrangement of the cathode-ray tube and to reduce the number of a high-voltage and a medium-voltage cable. Incidentally, a similar effect can be obtained with a part of the division resistor built in.
