    Abstract: PURPOSE:To correct satisfactorily the misconvergence or the raster fluctuation caused by the fluctuation of high voltage by providing a detection circuit for difference signal produced from time constants of a resistance and a coupling capacitor at the erth side of a flyback transformer and correcting the reference voltage by said difference signal. CONSTITUTION:The time constants between a resistance 34 and a capacitor 35, a resistance 24 and a capacitor 26 and a resistance 25 and a capacitor 28 respectively are set equal to each other. The detection voltages Va and Vb extracted from terminals 30 and 31 have variations corresponding to high voltage HV and high voltage VH obtained through above-mentioned time constant circuits respectively. While a vertical cycle voltage generating circuit 36 adds a sawtooth wave of a vertical cycle to a parabolic wave of a horizontal cycle and delivers the vertically deflected voltage and the convergence correcting voltage through terminals 42 and 43 respectively. These voltages are supplied to a vertically deflected electrode 5 and an outer convergence electrode 10 via correction circuits 27 and 28 and coupling capacitors 26 and 28 respectively. the circuit 27 increases the tically deflected voltage through a multiplier 44 to correct the vertical zooming. While the difference voltage (Va-Vb) is added to the vertically deflected voltage by an adder circuit 46 to eliminate the effect of fluctuation of the voltage VH.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a video signal processor which is designed to drive under low power consumption by reducing the horizontal line numbers per screen into 1/n (n denotes an integral number more than 2), and by dropping drive voltage of a deflecting circuit by expanding horizontal scan period. CONSTITUTION:A color video signal V1 from a video amplifier circuit 5 is supplied to a sampling circuit 9 and a horizontal line is reduced into 1/3 in number. That is, in the circuit 9, the signal V1 is a three horizontal line period signal, thereby being taken out after being gated only during a high level period of a sampling signal SP which is to be a high level for a period of one horizontal line. Therefore, beyond this level, a signal VS in which signals H1, H4, H7... for one horizontal line appear for each three horizontal line period is obtained. Primary signals R, G and B thus obtained are intermittent signals for each such period and are expanded in time by three times in a time expansion circuit 19.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To eliminate the asymmetry of grooping on a fluorescent screen by applying a correction current having the amplitude change of nearly sawtooth waveform horizontal period and having a large peak-to-peak value at the lower part of the fluorescent screen to an electromagnetic correction means displacing horizontally only a side beam to a bottle neck of a color flat cathode ray tube.
    CONSTITUTION: The correction current having nearly sawtooth waveform and smaller amplitude is applied to coils 26A and 26B. Yokes 25A, 25B are excited at the negative first half period of the correction current, the magnetic flux density B is larger toward both sides in the magnetic flux distribution in the neck part and electron beams 11B, 11R of both sides are moved horizontally to the right as shown in solid lines. The beams are driven horizontally to the left as shown in arrows of broken lines conversely with the direction of the first half period in the latter period where the correction current fed to the coils 26a, 26b is positive. The amount of the horizontal movement of the side beams 11B, 11R by the yokes 25A, 25B and the coils 26A, 26B is increased toward the lower part of the fluorescent screen.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To achieve improved uniformity, color purity and luminance by repeating the procedure consisting of forming resist layers on areas other than those which are to be coated with desired phosphor layers before applying a phosphor slurry prior to performing exposure over the entire outer surface of the panel. CONSTITUTION:A light-absorbing layer 3 of a given pattern is formed on the inner surface of a panel 2. Next, a PVA photosensitive liquid 11 is applied to the entire inner surface before drying is performed. Exposure is performed twice by using an aperture grill 6 as an opticsl mask at the point when an exposure light source is positioned facing a blue light source and at the point when the light source is positioned facing a red light source. Next, development is performed to form a resist layer 11' consisting of a hardened PVA photosensitive film. A reversing agent for the hardened PVA photosensitive film 11' is H2O2. Next, a green phosphor slurry 12G prepared by adding a green phosphor to a photosensitive agent which is not reversed by H2O2 is applied to the entire inner surface of the panel 2. After that, exposure 13 is performed on the entire outer surface of the panel 2 before development is performed. When the development is performed by immersing the panel 2 in the reversing agent H2O2, only a green phosphor stripe 14G remains. The same procedure as above is performed to form each of a blue phosphor stripe and a red phosphor stripe.
