Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding apparatus capable of usually carrying a removably attached device safely. SOLUTION: The holding apparatus 35 has a first cover part 17, a second cover part 19 companions to the first cover part 17, and a backbone part 20 connecting the first cover part 17 and the second cover part 19 so that the first cover part 17 and the second cover part 19 can be opened and closed. A plurality of devices are held in the space surrounded by the first cover part 17, the second cover part 19, and the backbone part 20. The holding apparatus 35 comprises connectors 41 to be attachably and detachably connected with the plurality of devices 51 respectively and supporting means 12, 29a for supporting the plurality of devices 51 so that they are rotatable nearly about the backbone part 20 as the center between the first cover part 17 and the second cover part 19.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic instrument of which the attachable and detachable unit can be carried daily and safely. SOLUTION: The electronic instrument includes a first cover part 17, a second cover part 19 twined with the first cover part 17, and a back cover part 20 which connects the first cover part 17 and the second cove part 19 so that the opening/closing of the first cover part 17 and the second cover part 19 are allowed. The electronic instrument is further provided with a display unit 15 which has at least a display function in a space surrounded by the first cover part 17, the second cover part 19 and the back cover part 20, connects 41 for electrically connecting a plurality of units 51 including the display unit 15 in a detachable manner, respectively and support means 12 and 29a which support the units 51 so as to be freely turnable between the first cover part 17 and the second cover part 19 almost around the back cover part 20.
