Abstract: An electronic apparatus is provided to reduce the number of parts with a simple structure by installing a display unit on a first mounting surface of a base chassis, and installing a control circuit board and a rear cover on a second mounting surface of the base chassis. The base chassis has an outer periphery, a bottom surface, and a connecting part(12). The display panel is inserted in the mounting recess to be attached to the base chassis.
