Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit prescribed data only to a specified receiving terminal means by making the receiving terminal means receive terminal inherent information and an updation program and to be provided with an updating means which stores them in a prescribed storing means and updates processing contents. SOLUTION: A client PC 3 restores the original MAC address by reading and restoring a key ID from an HDD 26 on the basis of the control of a CPU 25 and transfers it to a receiving board 7. A user can not recognize that the key ID is the MAC address to prevent the key ID from being altered by the user by such a manner that the MAC address is stored in the HDD 26 while it is converted into the key ID. The board 7 receives terminal inherent information and an updation program transferred from the client PC 3 and updates processing contents by storing the terminal inherent information and the updation program in a flash memory 19.
