Abstract: The circuit has a low drop out voltage regulator with an output stage of an operational amplifier (AMP). A power stage has a main power transistor controlled by AMP`s main control voltage, and a sub-part with p identical power modules (module 1-module n), where p is less than/equal to n. The modules have p auxiliary power transistors controlled by p auxiliary control voltages, where p is chosen based on a desired maximum output current. The operational amplifier (AMP) has a main output and n auxiliary outputs to supply the main control voltage and n auxiliary control voltages.

Le nombre p est choisi en fonction d'un courant de sortie maximum désiré.
