Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a decoration strip of excellent appearance and durability provided with three-dimensional effect by laminating a metallized film, a transparent upper layer, and a transparent coating layer on an upper surface of a base in this order, and providing a specified marking between the upper layer and the coating layer. CONSTITUTION: A decoration strip 10 is installed on a part of a side bumper in an automobile, for example, and a specified marking 24 is integrally formed inside it. In this case, the decoration strip 10 is formed by laminating a number of layers. A base 16, a metallized film 18, a transparent upper layer 20, and a transparent coating layer 22 are laminated from the lower side in order. A marking 24 is substantially disposed between the upper layer 20 and the coating layer 22. In manufacturing this decoration strip 10, the upper layer is heat-laminated on aluminum polyester film 18, the marking 24 is provided on an upper surface 26 of the upper layer 20, and after a laminated body of these is laminated on the base 16, the coating layer 22 is laminated on the laminted body.
