Method and transmitter circuit for communication using active load modulation in Radio Frequency Identification systems In one embodiment a method for communication using active load modulation in Radio Frequency Identification, RFID, systems comprising the following steps of receiving a carrier signal (Sc) having a carrier frequency from a reader device, generating a modulated signal (Smod), transmitting a burst of a sending signal (Sout), and decaying the sending signal (Sout) at the end of the burst. Furthermore, atransmitter circuit (T) for communication using active load modulation in RFID systems comprising an equipment (E1, E2, E3) for generating a decaying sending signal (Sout) is specified.

The present disclosure relates to a device configured to operate in a first mode of operation, during which the device is configured to receive a first supply voltage (VAC) in a contactless manner, the device comprising a light emitting element (LED1, LED2) and a first circuit (28), the first circuit (28) being configured to receive a second supply voltage (VCC_OUT) generated from the first supply voltage (VAC), the light emitting element (LED1, LED2) being configured to receive a first current (I_LED) generated from the first supply voltage (VAC) and independent from the second voltage (VCC_OUT).
