Abstract:
A female element (1) is described comprising a hollow internal body (2) having an end (3) provided with fastening means (5) to one of the pipes to be joined, a hollow external body (7) coaxial with said internal body (2) and having an end (8) which axially protrudes with respect to another end (4) of the internal body (2) opposite to that provided with fastening means (5), one rigid central stem (9) coaxially supported by said internal body (2) by means of a transversal perforated base (18) and having a widened end (10) near said protruding end (8) of the external body (7), an axially sliding sealing bush (12) coaxially arranged about said stem (9) and elastically stressed to be engaged with said widened end (10) of the stem (9) to prevent the passage of fluid within the female element (1), a cleaning bush (14) coaxially arranged about the sealing bush (12) and axially stressed in position so as to prevent the entrance of dirt about the sealing bush (12) and a lock sleeve (16) arranged about the protruding end (8) of the external body (7) and engageable with a complementary end of a male element to ensure the stable union of the two male and female elements of the fitting. The stem (9) is fixed to said base (18) by means of at least one half bush (25) radially fitted and axially locked in corresponding seats (26, 27) of said stem (9) and said base (18)
Abstract:
A fluid transmission fitting (100) is described comprising a female coupler (47) inserted within a hydraulic feeding block (1), and a male coupler (48), which can be coupled to said female coupler (47), said block (1) including at least one hydraulic line (49) and a draining line (50), and a lever (4) integral with a cam (7) adapted to relieve the pressure from a camera (54) inside the female coupler (47) and adapted to uncouple the male coupler (48) from the female coupler (47), said female coupler (47) including a pressure relief valve (51), which puts said chamber (54) into connection with the draining line (50).
Abstract:
Quick coupling device (1) comprising a first supporting plate (2) comprising a through opening (200) and at least one first connector (3) which is adapted to slide inside said at least one through opening (200), comprising at least one engagement means (4) adapted to integrally engage the first connector (3) in one sense and comprising at least one bushing (5) separately mountable with the first connector (3) which enters into contrast with said supporting plate (2) to lock said first connector (3) in the other sense.
Abstract:
It is described a female element (1) comprising a hollow external body (2) having an end (3) provided with fastening means (5) of one of the pipes to be joined and another end (4) intended for the frontal coupling with a corresponding end (36) of a male element (31). On said other end (4) of the external body (2) is rotationally and slidingly mounted a lock ring nut (6) which is screwable onto a complementary part (33) of the external body (32) of the male element to ensure the stabile union of the two male and female fitting elements. A ball bearing (16) is interposed between said lock ring nut (6) and said external body (2) of the female element (1) to generate between the same a rolling friction capable of allowing the reciprocal rotation without loosening the lock ring nut (6) from the external body (32) of the male element (31) in the case of turning or reciprocal twisting of the two pipes connected to the two male and female elements. Alternatively to the ball bearing, a pair of low-friction coefficient pads (50 and 51) may be provided.
