The stem (9) is fixed to said base (18) by means of at least one half bush (25) radially fitted and axially locked in corresponding seats (26, 27) of said stem (9) and said base (18)
Abstract:
A quick coupling assembly (1) suitable for connecting hydraulic lines under pressure is described, comprising a female coupling (2) and a male coupling (3) which can be connected to the female coupling (2), wherein the female coupling (2) is associated with a machine suitable for generating hydraulic pressure, while the male coupling (3) is associated with a piece of equipment. The female coupling (2) comprises an external part (4) integral with the machine, and an internal part (5) sliding along a connection axis (X) inside the external part (4). The external part (4) comprises a radial seat (25) for a piston suitable for moving radially between a first position, in which the connection between the female coupling (2) and the male coupling (3) is allowed, and a second position, in which the connection between the female coupling (2) and the male coupling (3) is forbidden due to the interference between the internal part (5) and the piston..
Abstract:
It is described a female element (1) comprising a hollow external body (2) having an end (3) provided with fastening means (5) of one of the pipes to be joined and another end (4) intended for the frontal coupling with a corresponding end (36) of a male element (31). On said other end (4) of the external body (2) is rotationally and slidingly mounted a lock ring nut (6) which is screwable onto a complementary part (33) of the external body (32) of the male element to ensure the stabile union of the two male and female fitting elements. A ball bearing (16) is interposed between said lock ring nut (6) and said external body (2) of the female element (1) to generate between the same a rolling friction capable of allowing the reciprocal rotation without loosening the lock ring nut (6) from the external body (32) of the male element (31) in the case of turning or reciprocal twisting of the two pipes connected to the two male and female elements. Alternatively to the ball bearing, a pair of low-friction coefficient pads (50 and 51) may be provided.
