    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve flexibility, adhesiveness between layers, heat resistance, mold releasing property, surface smoothness, and durability by containing a rubber layer B1 which includes organic micro balloon in a rubber layer B. SOLUTION: A rubber-coated roller has a layered structure for which a rubber layer 2 containing organic micro balloon is formed on a roller base material 1 and a heat resistant resin layer 3 is formed on the rubber layer 2. In order to give flexibility to the rubber layer, organic micro balloon is included in the rubber layer. When using this rubber-coated roller as a roller member requiring heat insulating property, the organic micro balloon has heat insulating property in addition to flexibility. As the organic micro balloon, a kind of hollow microsphere, namely hollow spherical fine grains composed of the thermosetting resin such as phenol resin, thermoplastic resin such as polyvinylidene chloride and polystyrene, and the organic high molecular material such as rubber is used.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine resin-covered belt excellent in a durability formed with a fluorine resin film on a belt base body consisting of a rubber or resin, without thermal deterioration on the interface between the belt base body and fluorine resin film integrally compounded, and the manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: In this belt, a fluorine resin film 2 is formed on the belt base body 1 consisting of a rubber or resin. Thermal decomposition starting temperature (Trp) of the rubber or resin is below the melting point (Tf) of the fluorine resin and the belt base body and fluorine resin film are integrally compounded. The strength of the fluorine resin film is 100 kgf/cm2 or more and its elongation is 150% or more.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a black stripe pattern on the surface of an aluminum rolled sheet after anodic oxidation treatment by finding the burrying depth of aluminum oxide burried most deeply to the surface of an aluminum rolled sheet by the observation of the cross section of the aluminum rolled sheet and removing the surface layer by specified thickness. SOLUTION: Among plural aluminum oxides burried to the surface of an aluminum rolled sheet in a rolling stage. about >=30 pieces are extracted at random, the burrying depth thereof is actually measured by FIB working, and the depth of the most deeply burried aluminum oxide is defined as (t). Next, this aluminum rolled sheet is immersed in a soln. of sodium hydroxide under the conditions of >=40 deg.C soln. temp., 20 to 300g/l concn. and 10 to 180sec treating time, and the surface layer is removed by 1.1 to 3.5 (t) thickness. The aluminum rolled sheet in which the removal has been finished is immersed in a soln. of >=50g/l nitric acid concn. to remove dissolving residue. In this way, aluminum oxides burried in the surface of the aluminum rolled sheet can be removed, and the generation of a black stripe pattern caused by anodic oxidation treatment can be prevented.
