    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an indication having a good visibility by forming a resin layer containing a fluororesin onto an aluminum plate, to a surface of which fine irregularities are formed, forming scales, patterns, characters, etc., at printed or coated desired positions on the surface of the resin layer and shaping the fluororesin layer onto the scale, the pattern, the character, etc. CONSTITUTION:When a fluororesin coated material having scales, patterns, characters, etc., and used in the internal cooker, etc., of a rice cooker, etc., is formed, fine irregularities 2 are formed in the surface of aluminum or an aluminum alloy plate 1, and a resin layer 3 containing a fluororesin such as PTFE is shaped on the plate of the surface having the fine irregularities 2 as a base coat. The scales, the patterns, the characters, etc., 4 are printed or coated at the specified positions of the fine irregular surface previously designed so as to be brought to desired positions after press molding on the coated surface. A fluororesin layer 5 such as PTFE is further formed on the whole surface of the plate including the printed or coated section as a top coat, and the layer 5 is press-molded, thus acquiring the fluororesin coated material.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain excellent fluoroplastic coating material, while color change and abrasion is prevented and unadhesiveness is kept by a method in which the fluoroplastic layer contain the filler coloring or covering the base material as a first layer, is provided on the surface of aluminum or aluminum alloy, and on said first layer, the excellent fluoroplastic layer containing no filler, is provided as a second layer. CONSTITUTION:Two fluorine plastic layers are provided on the surface of aluminum alloy 3. As a first layer 1, the fluoroplastic layer containing the filler having the purpose of the coloring or covering the aluminum base and if possible abrasion resistance is provided, and as a second layer, the fluoroplastic layer containing no filler is provided. As the filler of the first layer, the inorganic filler such as mica or carbon, etc., or the organic filler such as polyamide, etc., is used, and any one of them may be selected. The resin is colored by mixing such filler with fluorine plastic, whereby the color change of the aluminum is caused to be inconspicuous or the base is covered, and further its abration resistance is improved by said filler. As the second layer, the fluorine plastic containing no filer is necessary to improve its unadhesiveness.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To achieve an ideal square shaped baking mould by moulding a sheet of aluminum or aluminum alloy coated with a fluororesin into a square shape by press moulding. CONSTITUTION: A sheet of aluminum or aluminum alloy coated with fluororesin 2 is press-moulded into a square shape. For an ideal square shape as a baking mould, a radius of curvature R at a corner part is 15mm or more and 55mm or less, and a ratio B/A of a diagonal distance (A) to a depth (B) of an aperture is 0.5 or more and 1.5 or less. When the R of the corner part is smaller than 15mm, press moulding itself becomes very difficult, and when it exceeds 55mm, then form of bread becomes almost round to cause a sense of incongruity. When B/A is smaller than 0.5, the form of bread becomes flat, and when it exceeds 1.5, press moulding becomes difficult. Elongation of the fluororesin- coated sheet need be 25% or more, and elongation of fluororesin is 350% or more for preventing cracking in the fluororesin-coated sheet by press work or whitening of resin surface at side surface parts in moulding a container.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To indicate graduation, pattern, letters and the like without damaging all the characteristics of coating of fluororesin by emitting electromagnetic waves having specified wave length or less to a covering material composed of a substrate coated with a specified fluororesin composition, changing the color of polymer so as to provide a difference from those of sections not yet irradiated. CONSTITUTION:Electromagnetic waves of 600nm wave length or less are emitted to a coated material composed of a fluororesin composition having benzene ring in its main chain and containing polymer having nitrogen atoms, sulfur atoms or carbonyl on a substrate to change the color of polymer on the emitted section and provide the difference from the color of the sections not emitted yet, and graduation, pattern, letters and the like are indicated. When the electromagnetic waves of 600 nm wave length or less are emitted to the fluororesin cover material containing polymer, the polymer of emitted section absorb the electromagnetic waves and are modified and changed in their color. Although the wavelength of electromagnetic waves is something different because of the molecular structure of polymer, particularly the bonding absorbing the electromagnetic waves and the kind of functional radicals, 600 nm or less is preferred. Although the generation source of electromagnetic waves is not particularly limited, an ultraviolet lamp or laser is good for easy use, and particularly energy of high density can easily be provided by the laser and can be processed in a short period of time.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate a pinhole on the surface of coated resin by etching the surface of a plate made of Al or its alloy and coating this surface of the plate with fluoroplastic dispersion and thereafter heating it at the specified temp. and providing a fluoroplastic layer contg. inorganic pigment thereon. CONSTITUTION:Unevennesses 11 are imparted by etching the surface of a plate 10 wherein Al or Al alloy is clad on stainless steel. The surfaces of the unevennesses 11 are applied with pure fluoroplastic dispersion or fluoroplastic dispersion blended with polyamidoimide (a filler) less than 10wt.%. Thereafter a first layer 12 is formed by drying or sintering the surfaces at least the vaporization temp. of a surfactant contained in the dispersion. Then inorganic pigment such as carbon, mica or titanium oxide is blended with a soln. dissolved with fluoroplastics. The first layer 12 is applied with this blended soln. and roasted to laminate a second layer 13.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the bumping from being generated and thereby, a temperature sensor from being erroneously operated, and further, improve the stain-proof property by controlling the thickness and the surface roughness of a tetrafluoroethylene resin layer applied to the inner surface of a metal vessel. SOLUTION: A tetrafluoroethylene resin coating layer containing no filler is formed on the heated part of the inner surface of a vessel main body. When this thickness is xμm and the surface roughness is yμm, it is essential that x and y satisfy formulae I, II and III. If the thickness is insufficient, it is difficult to form a film with uniform thickness and high strength. On the contrary, if the thickness is excessive, the thermal conductivity is lowered. Further, if the surface roughness is significant, the bumping preventive effect is low and the stain-proof property is degraded. If the xy value is over 46, the anti-dumping effect is deteriorated. In order to positively prevent a temperature sensor from being deactivated at an advanced timing on account of its faulty operation, it is necessary to limit the xy value to not more than 46. If the resin layer contains a significant amount of filler, no anti dumping effect can be expected, although the formulae I, II and III are satisfied, and besides, the deactivation of the temperature sensor at an advanced timing due to its faulty operation takes place.
