    Abstract: A fluororesin-coated material having markings indicated thereon is disclosed, which material comprises (1) a substrate having coated thereon a fluororesin composition comprising a high-molecular weight material having a benzene ring and at least one of a nitrogen atom, a sulfur atom and a carbonyl group in the main chain thereof, or (2) a substrate having coated thereon the high-molecular weight material, and further having coated on the high-molecular weight material a fluororesin composition. The markings are indicated on the coated material by irradiating the coated surface of the coated material with electromagnetic waves having a wavelength of 600 nm or less to thereby cause a change in the color of the high-molecular weight material at irradiated parts and provide a difference in color between the irradiated parts and unirradiated parts.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a light-weight rim excellent in durability by dividing the rim in two at the middle between left and right flanges to mold left and right flange bead seat sections separately with continuous fiber reinforced plastic and by sticking them through a ring. CONSTITUTION:A rim 2 is divided in three sections comprising flange bead seat sections 3, 4 and a ring section 5, and the sections 3, 4 are molded by press molding and the section 5 is molded by filament winding molding respectively, then after performing machining they are combined and stuck together. That is, press molding patterns 6, 7 are used for molding the sections 3, 4, and after sheets of long fiber oriented in one direction and impregnated with a resin are displaced from each other by an angle alpha of pi/n (n is 4 or more) matching with the number of sheets to be laminaed on a lower pattern 6, an upper pattern 7 is covered and press molded by hot press. In order to bind and stick the sections 3, 4 satisfactorily, it is preferrable that the section 5 includes fiber orientation with an angle of 45 deg. or more in relation to the peripheral direction.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to display a scale, a pattern, a character, etc., without spoiling characteristics of a fluororesin coating by destroying or deforming microcapsules in the fluororesin coating contg. the microcapsules wherein a pigment is enclosed and thereby providing a color difference from that of undestroyed or underformed parts. CONSTITUTION:As a pigment enclosed in a microcapsule, either an inorg. or an org. pigment can be used. As the microcapsule to be used, any type of micro capsule such as a product the wall membrane of which is destroyed or deformed by the chang in pressure can be used. The microcapsules are destroyed or deformed by providing an outer energy to release the pigment and a color difference from undestroyed or undeformed parts is thereby provided to display a scale, a pattern, a character, etc. As the fluororesin, e.g. polytetrafluoroethylene copolymer, etc., are used. Besides the microcapsule, if necessary, a pigment, an adhesive auxiliary etc., are properly incorporated in the fluororesin to form a fluororesin coating.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable graduations, patterns, characters, and the like to be denoted in a fluororesin coated substance such as a rice boiler inner pot or the like by irradiating cation onto the fluororesin coated substance wherein polymer having CH bonding is added in fluororesin having no CH bonding, and decolorating the polymer in the irradiated part. CONSTITUTION:When cation is irradiated onto a fluororesin coated substance in which polymer having CH bonding is contained in fluororesin having no CH bonding, double bonding produces in the polymer in the irradiated part, and thus, there occurs decoloration with metallic luster. At this time, since the reaction is difficult to occur in CF bonding, by appropriately controlling the irradiating quantity of cation, the fluororesin without CH bonding is not subjected to any decoloration, and only polymer except it can be modified and decolorated. Thereby graduations, patterns, characters, and the like can be denoted without losing the non-adhesiveness, corrosion resistance, and the like of the fluororesin coated substance in its surface.
