    Abstract: According to an embodiment of the disclosure, an electronic device may include a first housing, a second housing rotatably connected to the first housing, and a display module including a folding area at least partially deformed by rotation of the second housing relative to the first housing, wherein the display module includes a display panel, a support plate disposed under the display panel to support the display panel, a reinforced plate disposed under the support plate, a protective layer disposed under the reinforced plate and including multiple openings, and a waterproof member disposed under the protective layer to have a waterproof space including at least one of the multiple openings. Various other embodiments are possible.

The magnetic element may be positioned between the adhesive part and the second portion when viewed from above the first portion. The magnetic element may be positioned between the film and the foldable housing.
