Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a fluid pressure device and the fluid pressure device in which joints are diffusion-bonded to a valve body. SOLUTION: In the fluid pressure device 10, the joints 38a and 38b are inserted into an inlet port 26 and an outlet port 28 formed in the valve body 12, and heating is performed to generate a temperature difference between the valve body 12 and the joints 38, whereupon by diffusion bonding of the joints 38a and 38b into a wall part of the valve body 12 in which the inlet port 26 and the outlet port 28 are formed, both members can be accurately bonded. Thus, airtightness or liquid-tightness can be further enhanced, and a stay of fluid can also be avoided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-process and inexpensive-to-manufacture fluid flow channel structure with a simple constitution and suitable for a light weight. SOLUTION: Wire materials 14 and 16 with predetermined patterns are arranged between a first block member 10 and a second block member 12, and by integrating the first block member 10, the second block member 12, the wire material 14, and the wire material 16, an airtight or liquid-tight fluid flow channel is formed between these members. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated structure for fluid, superior in strength, and rich in durability, by minimizing deformation of a fluid flow passage, by forming the laminated structure for the fluid of a block member. SOLUTION: This laminated structure 10 for the fluid is formed by stacking a first block member 12, an intermediate member 14 and a second block member 16 in this order, and each of members is mutually joined. Further, by setting an elastic constant of the intermediate member 14 to be greater than elastic constants of the first block member 12 and the second block member 16, deformation of groove part 18-24 formed in the first block member 12 can be minimized, and the laminated structure 10 for the fluid forming the highly accurate fluid flow passage can be provided.
