    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact probe for a charging and discharging device, whose contact defect with a battery terminal is not generated when the performance of a secondary battery is evaluated and whose maintenance is easy. SOLUTION: A contact probe 10 is constituted of a tip part 11 whose tip is spherical, of a compression coil spring 12, of a body part 13 at the contact probe 10 and of a support part 14 which shaft-supports the body part 13. An electric contact material 15 such as a platinum iridium alloy, a silver tungsten alloy or the like is resistance-welded to the tip part 11 at the contact probe 10. As a result, it is possible to realize the contact probe 10 which is resistant to abrasion and corrosion, which comprises a stable contact resistance, which is manufactured easily and which is low-cost.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily machine a hub so as to improve the machining accuracy of the hub and, at the same time, to increase the surface roughness of the hub by forming the hub of a resin and plating the surface of the hub to which a member to be rotated is fitted. CONSTITUTION:A motor base 2 has a boss section 2a at its central part and a magnet 10 and a back yoke 11 for forming a magnetic path are provided on the opposite side of a coil 7 wound around an iron core 7a on the internal surface of a hub 9. In addition, a disk seat section 9c is formed in the form of a flange at the bottom section of the hub 9 and the upper surface of the section 9d constitutes the disk seating surface, but the weight of the hub 9 is reduced by using a resin material containing a contaminant. The surface of the disk seating surface 9d of the hub 9 is coated by plating and the plated part of the surface 9d is machined. Since no dust is produced at the time of machining the plated part, the machining work can be carried out easily. In addition, the plate part can be machined with high dimensional accuracy and its surface roughness can be increased.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a brushless motor and a method for manufacturing the same in which a yoke can be effectively secured, the number of components can be reduced, easy manufacture is provided, the number of steps can be reduced and a manufacturing cost is low. CONSTITUTION:A brushless motor of this invention is so formed that a plurality of pawls 32 protrude at least on an outer periphery of a rotor side yoke 30 toward a rotor. and engaging holes 28 to be engaged with the pawls 32 are formed on the rotor. In a method for manufacturing the same, a plate material made of a magnetic material is punched into a disc by pressing, and the pawls 32 formed at its end in an arrow shape and directed perpendicularly to the disclike plate material are formed on the outer periphery of the plate material by pressing at the same time of the punching or thereafter to form a yoke 30.
