    Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent the oxidative degradation in qualities of the recovered polystyrene and solvent in a process for reclaiming a used polystyrene foam. CONSTITUTION: A rotating shaft of a heating drum 2 is fixed at a specified position inside a polystyrene tank 1, and a scraper 3 is installed in parallel with the shaft and in contact with the surface of the drum 2. A polystyrene soln. tank 4 wherein a polystyrene soln. prepd. by dissolving a used polystyrene foam in an org. solvent is stored is installed at any desired position outside the tank 1. The soln. is sent from the tank 4 through a soln. supply pipe 6 to a high-pressure pump 5, pressurized, and jetted through soln. jet pipes 7a, 7b, and 7c to the upper part of the surface of the drum 2. A nitrogen supply pipe 8 is installed below the scraper 3, and a gas discharge pipe 9, above the drum 2. A backward-flow prevention valve 10 for discharging is installed on the discharge pipe 9.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a coil of flat surface, as well as heighten a space factor of winding for the wound material, by detecting a ruggedness of coil surface, with a filament material wound, while being wound, and controlling traverse motion through the above detection. CONSTITUTION:A peripheral face 12a of a coil 12 constituted by a wire 8 wound on a bobbin 6 is detected by a detecting method 14, and a detected winding pattern f is fed to a control method 15 and compared with a previously set reference pattern B. A comparator 17 obtains a difference g between those above and feeds it to a pulse generator 18. A pulse, in accordance with the difference g, is fed to a pulse motor 11 by the pulse generator 18, to control a rotational speed of feed screw 10 of the traverse method. For a sensor 16 of the detecting method 14 may be used both of the types to optically or electrically inspect circumferential face and to mechanically profile circumferential face, and in this way, the traverse motion can be automatically adjusted, capable of smoothly winding the coil.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable remarkable reduction in the number of parts as well as assembly processes by integrally molding an engaging portion which secures a terminal end of winding wire to a part of a winding bobbin by use of synthetic resin and attaching the terminal end of the winding wire to the engaging portion. CONSTITUTION:This is completed by winding a terminal end 14a of winding wire around a pin-like terminal 25 and others, inserting the terminal 25 into a terminal through-hole 21 in a printed circuit board 18 and finally soldering the terminal end 14a to a wiring pattern 22 on the printed circuit board 18. The number of parts as well as assembly processes can be thereby greately reduced.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make winding operation more efficient by the procedure in which winding process is divided into simplified processes involving forming the development pattern of skew winding with enameled wire and then forming its pattern around drum. CONSTITUTION:Skew winding is made with the enameled wire 33 coming from the flyer 32 on the pins 30 and 31 provided in two rows at equal intervals around the circumference of the drums 18 and 19, and the skew wound enameled wire of a definite pattern is transferred by operating it by pressure to the core axle 21 provided near the circumference of the drum to form the winding 34 on the core axle. Then, the core axle is drawn out of the winding 34 to form the rotor winding 35. The method enables one to greatlt reduce the number of processes for forming the rotor winding as compared with the Maxon method, to raise its produtivity, and to more simplify the winding mechanism than polelesscap method. Thus, the automatic operation of winding can be attained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To form a skew winding directly on surface to be wound by the procedure in which winding is made while hooking wire on two lip guides provided on the surface to be wound of wound core, and then after a predetermined winding amount is finished, the lip guides are shifted in the reverse direction. CONSTITUTION:The two lip guides 24 and 25 whose tips have an arched form are provided along the surface to be wound of the wound core 13. Winding is formed while hooking the enameled wire 31 on the lip guides 24 and 25 and while rotating the wound core 13 to the direction B and also the flyer 32 to the direction A. When the enameled wire 31 is not hooked due to the dimensions of the lip guides 24 and 25, the rotation of the wound core 13 and the flyer 32 is temporarily stopped, the lip guides 24 and 25 are shifted in the reverse direction to the rotating direction B of wound core, and winding is again repeated. Thus, winding is formed on the surface 30 to be wound. The method enables one to form skew winding directly by a simplified appratus.
