Abstract: PURPOSE: To precisely position a drilled hole by rotating a boom and a feeding beam on a joint, and holding a drill tip within a preliminary hole to perform a drilling. CONSTITUTION: A boom 2 is mounted on a drilling device carrier 1. The boom 2 is pivotally movable by a joint 3 relative to the carrier 1. A feeding beam 5 is mounted on the other end of the boom 2 so as to be pivotally movable by a joint 4, and a drill rod having a drill and a drill tip is movable along the feeding beam 5. The boom 2 and the feeding beam 5 are rotated on the joints 3, 4, the drill tip is inserted to and held in a preliminary hole drilled in a rock-bed 6, and the drilling is performed up to a desired end point.
