Abstract: A mixer transistor of the MESFET type comprising an emitter transistor connected to the drain or source electrode of the MESFET transistor for supplying an intermediate frequency. A local oscillator signal is applied to the gate of the MESFET transistor. A filter is connected to the drain or source electrode of the MESFET transistor through which the signal resulting from the mixing is obtained.
