    Abstract: PURPOSE:To perform the multiitem measurement using a small quantity of sample, blood, by measuring the concentration of plural ions in the sample blood by an electrode method and hereafter, sending said blood to an analyzing apparatus of nonionic substance and measuring said sample blood. CONSTITUTION:Sample blood is taken in a flow cell 2. Electric signals generated between each indication electrode 3, 4, 5 and a comparison electrode in accordance with the concentration of each component, are inputted to amplifiers 7, 8, 9 and the concentration of each component is indicated by indicators 10, 11, 12. The sample blood finished the measurement in the cell 2 is sucked out from the cell 2 by a pump 13 and is sent to a next analyzing apparatus 14 for nonionic substance such as nitrogen and creatinine to measure nitrogen and creatinine.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To minimize and stabilize potential difference between liquids and improve the accuracy of measurement, by providing a device wherein the internal liquid of a comparison electrode is hermetically sealed in an outer pipe except a liquid communication portion and a device for pressurizing and sucking the internal liquid in the outer pipe sealed up. CONSTITUTION:Liquid is directly contacted and communicated in such a manner that a small cavity or a small tube portion 4 is installed to a nose of an outer pipe 2 housing internal liquid 3 and the internal liquid 3 is let flow out into liquid to be inspected 6 from the hole portion 5. An internal electrode 1 is hermetically sealed in the outer pipe 2 with the internal liquid 3, a branch pipe 7 is mounted to an upper portion of the outer pipe 2, and the branch pipe is connected to a pressurizing suction pump P3, a pressurizing suction device of the internal liquid, thus forming a comparison electrode portion. The solution concentration measuring device is constituted by a concentration indicating electrode ES, the comparison electrode ER, etc., and a liquid communication portion Rj (the small tube portion 4 and the hole portion 5) is inserted into a flow cell F.C with a detecting end of the concentration indicating electrode ES.

CONSTITUTION:The signal corresponding to the concentration fed from the detector Es is amplified with the preamplifier A1 and the main amplifier A2 to enable the inspected liquid concentration at the display section DU. Further, the memory M storing the output of the selection circuit SW and A1 between A1 and A2 is provided, and the A1 output value when the standard liquid Cs of known concentration close to the concentration value of the measurement objective liquid is measured immediately before the measurement of inspected liquid Cx is stored in the memory M, and the A1 output corresponding to the inspected liquid concentration and the memory output are differentially fed to the input of A2. As a result, the measurement of concentration of liquid having consistency can simply be made with good accuracy.
