Abstract:
A device (10) for adjusting the trim of a chain-type actuator (11) for automating doors or windows (12) of the type that comprises, within a box-like container that is fixed to the frame of the casing related to the shutter, a chain that is guided so as to slide by guiding elements within a preset path that leads outside through an opening in the box-like container. The device comprises a pair of brackets (13) to be fixed to the frame (14) of a door or window (12), the brackets (13) being designed so that each one supports one end (11a, 11b) of a chain-type actuator (11) with means for adjusting the position of the end (11a, 11b) of the actuator (11) with respect to the corresponding bracket (13) in the direction for spacing and approach with respect to the frame (14) of the door or window (12).
Abstract:
A linear actuator (10), particularly for sliding doors and sliding closure elements in general, of the type comprising a supporting body (1 1), to be arranged between the two jambs of a door or of a closure element, motor drive means (12) being accommodated and fixed in the supporting body (1 1) and being adapted to rotate a driving worm gear (13) designed to mesh with a driven rack (14), which in turn is fixed to a leaf of a door or other closure element to be translated, the axis of rotation (15) of the worm gear (13) being substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the rack (14), the thread (16) of the worm gear (13) being adapted to mesh with the oblique teeth (17) of the rack (14), the rack being constituted by a plurality of modular elements (50), each of which is provided with equidistant inclined recesses (51) that form between them the oblique teeth (17) of the rack (14), the rack comprising means for the ordered side-by-side arrangement and alignment of a row of modular elements (50).
Abstract:
A device (10) for anchoring the free end of a chain (12) of a chain-type actuator (13) to a shutter (11), comprising an engagement terminal (14), which is coupled to the free end of the chain (12), and a complementary engagement block (15), which can be mated to the engagement terminal (14), jointly fixed to the shutter (11); the engagement terminal (14) comprises a portion (17) for connection to the chain (12) and a head (18) which has lateral protrusions (19, 20) for engagement with the block (15), and the engagement block (15) comprises a main body (21), to be fixed to the shutter (11) and on which there is a first seat (22), for the insertion of the head (18) of the engagement terminal (14), and a second seat (23), for the coupling of an extraction-preventing insert (24) provided with means for preventing the unwanted escape of the head (18) from the first seat (22).
Abstract:
A chain-drive actuator assembly, particularly for moving large doors or windows, comprising an outer enclosure (11) which is predominantly longitudinally elongated and inside which two similar single-chain actuators (12) are aligned at a preset distance, each actuator having the outer working end (14) of the respective chain preset so as to pass through an opening (16) provided in the outer enclosure (11). The single-chain actuators (12) are associated with means (33) for their simultaneous actuation. The outer enclosure (11) has a supporting and covering function for the two single-chain actuators (12).
