Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for an application sealed letter equipped with an entry example display sheet capable of performing entry work accurately and easily.
SOLUTION: The sheet 1 for the application sealed letter is formed by laminating a duplicate sheet 3 and the entry example display sheet 4 on a sheet 2 for a sealed letter, which has application entry columns 8a and 8b provided thereto and is separably coated with a sealing pressure-sensitive adhesive 10 outside opening perforations 5 provided along four sides of the sheet. The duplicate sheet 3 has the application entry columns 9a and 9b correspondingly positioned up and down with respect to the application entry columns 8a and 8b of the sheet 2 for the sealed letter. A copy structure is provided so as to copy and enter items on the application entry columns 8a and 8b by entering items in the application entry columns 9a and 9b. The entry example display sheet 4 has a size exceeding the half of the sheet 2 for the sealed letter and a folding part 20 is provided at a position where folding parts 6 and 7 overlap the respective sheets 2 and 3. Perforations 22 are provided along three sides from the folding part 20. The entry example display 23a of the exposed application entry column 9a is provided on the surface of the entry example display sheet 4 and the covered application entry column 9b is provided on the rear surface thereof.

In this case, a reinforcing auxiliary material 3 made of a less stretchable material is stuck to the vicinity of the sealed portions 7 in the directions along the creases of the regions where both ends of the base material 2 overlap, and the tear-to-open perforations 4 are provided on the stuck region.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery control slip booklet which makes the delivery control of an article easy. SOLUTION: A binding margin 11 is connected to a copy 2 through perforations 10 for folding and a case inserting piece 3 is connected to the opposite side of the binding margin 11 through perforations 4 for cutting with a treating agent for peeling formed on the second surface as the structure of a slip part 6. Further, a binding margin 13 is connected to the opposite side of the document part 6 and a pressure- sensitive adhesive 8 is applied to the second surface as the structure of a case attaching part 9 which is connected to the slip part 6 through perforations 7 for folding and cutting. Both slip part 6 and case attaching part 9 are folded and superposed on each other by the perforations 7 for folding and cutting and adhesively attached to and peelable from each other. In addition, a delivery management code which is visually readable is provided on the exposed face of a copy 2. Further, on the exposed faces of the case inserting piece 3 and the code attaching part 9, a specified number of pieces of delivery control slip having an identical delivery control code to the described visibly readable delivery control code and a machine-readable code with the identical contents to the delivery control code, are stacked. Finally the delivery control slips are bound with the binding margins 11, 13 to constitute the delivery control slip booklet.

SOLUTION: A sheet set 1 with a duplicating and hiding label consists of upper and lower sheets (a) and (b), respectively, with a cutting perforation line d. A hiding sheet 3 which can not be seen through is joined with a first pseudo-adhering means 7a to the back side of the region (n) where an identification number is to be written of the upper sheet (a), and a see-through label base body 2 is joined to the lower side of the hiding sheet 3 with a second pseudo-adhering means 7b so that the sheet 3 and label base body 2 can be peeled off. Further, an adhesive layer 4 is applied on the lower face of the label base body 2. The adhesive layer 4 is protected with a release sheet 5, and a carbon transfer agent 6 is applied on the exposed face of the release sheet 5. Namely, the information is duplicated with the carbon transfer agent 6. After the release sheet 5 is peeled off, the label is adhered with the exposed adhesive to the region where the confidential information is duplicated. Further, when the hiding sheet 3 is peeled from the label base body 2, the sheet can not be returned into the original state.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a blocking phenomenon due to a protrusion of adhesive attached-paper strips to the opposite side surface of a surface to be worked by compressing working portions to flatten the projected portions due to adhesive-attached paper strips after carrying out a predetermined work. SOLUTION: An adhesive 3 is applied onto the superimposed surface of an upper paper strip (a) and lower paper strip (c) in a manner of keeping free from adhesion in a normal state and being separable by compression. Also, a superimposition adherence sheet is formed so that predetermined work such as marginal hole 5 work, vertical perforation line 6 work, and the cutout 7 work of a separation portion are given from a surface side to be worked by means of a blanking blade, a perforation blade, or the like, followed by compressing of these work portions. Accordingly, projected portions due to a protrusion of adhesive-attached paper strips to the opposite side surface of a surface to be worked will generate once, but the projected portions are disappeared by the compression, thereby the form is recessed including an adhesive application layer, thus a blocking phenomenon can be prevented.
