Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perforation processing method, which realizes higher processing accuracy and excellent workability, does not require skill to handle and adjust a perforation machine, can change processing specifications easily and in a short period of time, reduces noise at the time of processing, and does not produce burr at the rear side fringe of perforated holes. SOLUTION: Cutting sections 3 to be cut by a perforation processing, which are composed of tying sections and cutting sections arranged on the surface of a continuous sheet 1, are formed by coating a near-infrared ray absorbing material 2 composed of a near-infrared ray absorbing agent, which absorbs selectively the predetermined wavelength in near-infrared region into the predetermined sections of the surface of continuous sheet 1 and generates heat, and a binder. Then, a laser beam having the predetermined wavelength is irradiated on the surface of the continuous sheet 1, so that paper base material of the coated section is instantly burned together with the near-infrared ray absorbing material 2 and cutting sections 4 are perforated. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic shield film for interrupting electromagnetic waves to a non-contact IC label, preventing an illicit use and guaranteeing a safe and sure use. SOLUTION: A metal foil film 1 which is the electromagnetic shield film is formed by forming metal such as aluminum, an alloy such as a permalloy and ferrite or the like into a film shape and vapor-depositing, sputtering and sticking the metal and the like to a polyethylene film or a polyethylene terephthalate film or the like. On the back surface, a weak-tackiness adhesive material 2 of weak adhesive power which can be peeled off after adhesion, adhered again after peeling and repeatedly adhered and peeled off again, is applied. The metal foil film 1 is used by being adhered so as to cover the entire surface of the non-contact type IC label 13. Then, it is more suitable to adhere the metal foil film 1 similarly to a part corresponding to the non-contact type IC label 13 on a surface side opposite to the adhesion surface of the non-contact type IC label 13 of a medium 14. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact IC label with an electromagnetic shield member that ensures safe and reliable use by preventing unauthorized use at a stage before use. SOLUTION: The noncontact IC label 21 with an electromagnetic shield member is so constructed that a metal foil film 1 having adhesive 2 releasable after adhesion on a reverse surface and serving as an electromagnetic shield film for interrupting electromagnetic waves is releasably adhered with the adhesive 2 to an obverse surface of a noncontact IC label 13 in which a label substrate 11 having an IC unit with an IC chip and an IC antenna for noncontact electromagnetic information exchange has adhesive 12 on a reverse surface, and that a release film 15 with an electromagnetic shield property for interrupting electromagnetic waves is provided to cover the adhesive 12 on the reverse surface of the label substrate 11. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain image data depicting a visitor by using a cellular phone with image display function wherever an answerer is, to facilitate confirmation of the visitor and to answer to the visitor from an outing destination even when the answerer is away from home. SOLUTION: This interphone system is provided with a visitor reception machine 2 consisting of an exterior photographing means 4 and a voice input/output means 5, and an answering machine 3 consisting of a voice input/output means 8 by which transmission/reception of voice data is possible between the machine 8 and the voice input/output means 5 of the stranger reception machine 2 and an image display means 7 for receiving and displaying image data from the exterior photographing means 4. The answering machine 3 has a transfer means 12 for transferring the image data and the voice data, for the preset cellular phone 11 with image display function, to an external communication base station by radio or cable. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink capable of forming an image enabling a sufficient amount of a nucleotide polymer to be recovered in good operability without losing a sheet to enable the judgment of an original or an imitation, the prevention of counterfeit, the suppression of information, the identification of individual information and the like to be carried out with good operability in high accuracy. SOLUTION: The ink contains the nucleotide polymer and a releasing agent. The nucleotide polymer in the ink is one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of a high-molecular weight DNA, a low-molecular weight DNA, a high-molecular weight RNA, a low-molecular weight RNA and a derivative thereof, regulated so that the proportion occupied by the nucleotide polymer before coating is ≤1 mass%. The releasing agent in the ink is one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of a natural wax, a synthetic wax, a high-boiling point petroleum-based solvent, a higher fatty acid, alcohols, a fatty acid ester, a fatty acid amide, an ester of phosphoric acid, a metallic soap, a fluororesin, an unreactive silicone resin, a reactive silicone resin and an inorganic releasing agent, regulated so that the proportion occupied by the releasing agent is 10-40 mass% based on the whole of the ink before the coating. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a card from slipping down from a hand in handling the card by forming a holding section for gripping provided with irregularities on a given card section on the side of a card surface. SOLUTION: The surface of a synthetic resin sheet 4 is embossed along the side of the right end of a card 1 to form a holding section 5 used for griping the card and provided with the very fine irregularities. In addition to embossing, the holding section 5 can be formed by printing an ink into the half-tone dots shape and providing the holding section 5 with the irregularities. Also the position whereon the holding section 5 is formed is not only on the right end side but also on the left end side, the lower end side, or on the two end sides of the combination of them. In the above constitution, the holding section 5 for gripping the card is formed and also the holding section 5 is provided with the irregularities, the gripping of the card in handling the card 1 can be performed easily and accurately. Various kinds of operations such as taking the card out of a card case, inserting the same into a reading machine and others, therefore, can be carried out easily.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of visually unnatural feeling though recesses/ projections are generated on one surface of a holding substrate or an antenna wire is seen through a coating member by forming at least a part of a picture pattern displayed on the side of one surface of the holding substrate with the antenna wire for receiving/originating data. SOLUTION: A non-contacting IC card 1 is provided with a plastic holding substrate 2, and a publicly known non-contacting IC module 3 is arranged on one surface of the substrate 2 and positioned at the end of one side. On the side of the same surface of the substrate 2, an antenna wire 4 for receiving/ transmitting data is provided to be connected with the module 3. The wire 4 is formed in the shape of a loop and formed to express a mountain by a part of it to form a picture pattern expressing a landscape with a picture pattern 5 expressing trees and a picture pattern 6 expressing the moon. The respective picture patterns 5, 6 are print-formed by using general ink and the wire 4 is print-formed by a publicly known method by using conductive ink. The wire 4 is coat-protected with a coating member to be provided on the front/rear surfaces of the substrate 2.

SOLUTION: The delivery slip form 1 comprises a laminating slip form 4 having an adhesive 2 provided on a rear surface side and covered with a release sheet 3 and a delivery information fill-in part on a front surface side, a receipt slip form 5 having a receipt impression sealing part and a delivery information fill-in part on a front surface side, and an advertising slip form 6 having an advertising information display part on a front surface side to be releasably connected with a weal adhesive 7 in parallel with the form 5, in such a manner that the fill-in part of the form 5 and the fill-in part of the form 4 are disposed at vertically corresponding positions to one another. A copying structure of a self-color developer layer 26 is provided on the fill-in part of the form 4 so that the delivery information can be copied by filling in the fill-in part of the form 5.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a copying sheet with an information concealing label, in which a concealed information can be copyingly entered, the concealed information can be transferred under a covered and concealed state and, in addition, can be taken in a copy. SOLUTION: In a copying sheet 30 with an information concealing label, an information concealing label 1 is pasted to a copy entering sheet 20, on the top surface of which a concealed information copy entering part, with a self-adhesive 14 so as to cover the concealed information copy entering part. At the same time, copying structures 28 and 29, with which the entry to a copy sheet 3 becomes an equivalent to the copy entering to the concealed information copy entering part, are provided on the copying sheet 30. In the information concealing label 1, the copy sheet 3 is separably provided through an adhesive 4 on the top surface side of an untransmissive label base material 2, onto the under surface side of which a transparent sheet 12 is bonded hard to be separated and, at the same time, a transparent sheet 27 is bonded separably in through a pseudo-bonding layer 26, resulting in separably joining the transparent sheet 27 to the label base material 2 and providing the self-adhesive 14 on the under surface side of the transparent sheet 27 and, at the same time, covering with a releasing paper 15 except its one end side.
