    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a textured conjugate yarn giving a woven or knit fabric having soft texture and high springiness, stiffness and resiliency, exhibiting deep natural color tone and giving comfortable soft feeling to the wearing person. SOLUTION: Conjugate false-twisting work is carried out by using at least three yarns.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bulky yarn generating a puff rich in natural feeling on making a woven or knitted fabric from it, and capable of expressing a coreless touch feeling by making a fed multi-filament in contact with the surface of a hot roller under a specific condition and imparting the fiber length difference among its single filaments. Further, it is preferable that the fed multi-filament is of a polyethylene terephthalate, and the yarn tension in feeding the yarn to the hot roller 3 is 5×10-3 CN/dtex.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably producing a bulky yarn capable of exhibiting fullness rich in a natural feeling and a touch feeling without a core when the yarn is formed into a woven or a knitted fabric by imparting a difference in filament length or/and a difference in shrinkage among constituent filaments and further changing the shrinkage percentage in the fiber axial direction. SOLUTION: Feed rollers, a turning nozzle, a hot roller and takeoff rollers are installed in the order mentioned in the yarn running direction and a feed multifilamant yarn in a state thereof false twisted with the turning nozzle is brought into contact with the surface of the hot roller rotating at the substantially same speed as that of the feed rollers in a short time so as to produce unevenness of heating among the constituent filament. Thereby, the difference in filament length or the difference in shrinkage or both are imparted among the constituent filaments.
