    Abstract: Provided is an analysis chip by which, in stirring a solution of a test substance with microparticles, the stirring efficiency of the test substance solution can be increased by using large-sized microparticles, without impairing a part of a support, on which a selectively bonding substance is fixed, by the migrating microparticles, to thereby increase the reaction efficiency with the selectively bonding substance. An analysis chip comprising: a support to the surface of which a selectively bonding substance is fixed; a container holding a solution containing a test substance capable of reacting with the selectively bonding substance; and microparticles for stirring the solution enclosed in a space formed by the support and the container, characterized in that a partition wall, which allows the permeation of the solution containing the test substance but not the microparticles, is provided in the space in such a manner as to separate the microparticles from the face on the support to which the selectively bonding substance is fixed; an analysis method using the analysis chip; and a method for stirring a solution.

    Abstract: [Object] The invention provides an analysis chip by which the efficiency ofreaction with a selective binding substance is promoted by using particles having a large size to promote the efficiency of stirring of the test substance solution without5 damaging the portion of the carrier on which the selective binding substance is immobilized, by the moving particles when stirring the test substance solution with the particles.[Means of Solution] An analysis chip including a carrier having a surface on which a selective binding substance(s) is(are) immobilized; a vessel holding a solution1 0 containing a test substance(s) which react(s) with the selective binding substance(s); and particles for stirring the solution, the particles being sealed within a space formedbetween the carrier and the vessel; wherein a separator which allows passage therethrough of the solution containing the test substance(s) but does not allow passage therethrough of the particles is arranged in the space so as to separate the surface of the carrier on which the selective binding substance(s) is(are) immobilized and the particles; a method of analysis using the analysis chip; and a method of stirring a solution using the analysis chip.
