    Abstract: Procedimiento de agitación de una solución, que comprende poner en contacto una sustancia de enlace selectivo (1) inmovilizada sobre la superficie de un portador (3) con una solución contenida en un recipiente (4) que contiene un analito que reacciona con dicha sustancia de enlace selectivo (1), y mezclar partículas finas (2) en la solución que contiene dicho analito, y mover dichas partículas finas (2) sin permitir el contacto de las mismas con la superficie sobre la que se ha inmovilizado la sustancia de enlace selectivo, caracterizado porque el portador (3) o el recipiente para la solución (4) tiene una estructura tal que las partículas finas (2) no se ponen en contacto con la superficie sobre la que se ha inmovilizado la sustancia de enlace selectivo y la anchura mínima de las partículas finas (2) es mayor que la distancia mínima entre la superficie sobre la que se ha inmovilizado la sustancia de enlace selectivo y el recipiente para la solución (4).

    Abstract: Provided is an analysis chip by which, in stirring a solution of a test substance with microparticles, the stirring efficiency of the test substance solution can be increased by using large-sized microparticles, without impairing a part of a support, on which a selectively bonding substance is fixed, by the migrating microparticles, to thereby increase the reaction efficiency with the selectively bonding substance.
