Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the smooth touch and the mechanical characteristics and upgrade the interlayer adhesive force with the elimination of glittering by specifying the interlayer adhesive strength of a biaxially oriented layer and a uniaxially oriented layer. SOLUTION: A resin for forming a basic layer is a biaxially oriented polypropylene resin and the degree of isotacticity of an isotactic polypropylene resin is 85% or higher. The polypropylene resin of an intermediate layer laminated on one of the faces of the basic layer is preferably to have 20-90 J/g amount of crystalline fusion heat in order to achieve 120 g/cm or more interlayer adhesive strength. Further the polypropylene resin of the intermediate layer is preferably to have a main endothermic peak following the crystalline fusion at 155-163 deg.C. The intermediate resin layer is preferably of such a type that the isotactic polypropylene resin with 60-80% mesopentad molar fraction is a main component. A uniaxially oriented polypropylene resin is laminated as a surface layer on the intermediate layer.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for print laminating and a print laminate body maintaining glossiness without using an anchor coat agent, wherein laminated polypropylene resin layer and adhering resin layer do not peel after print laminating regardless of types of printing paper. SOLUTION: A film for print laminating is composed of at least four layers including two or more polypropylene layers 2 wherein at least one layer is composed of a polypropylene resin 3 having a low melting point, and two adhering resin layers comprising a resin layer 4 wherein a specified ethylene- methacrylate ester copolymer and an ethylene/acrylic ester/maleic anhydride terpolymer are mixed at a specified mixing ratio, and a specified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin layer 5.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film improved in peeling resistance after print lamination and gloss by laminating a polypropylene resin layer made from a low-melting polypropylene resin with a specified ethylene/methacrylate copolymer resin layer and an ethylene/vinyl acetate resin layer. SOLUTION: A layer 3 made of a low-melting polypropylene having a melting point of 105-155 deg.C and having a thickness of 0.5-10 ×m, desirably 1-5 μm is laminated on one surface of a layer 2 made of a polypropylene resin having an isotacticity index of 90-99% and an intrinsic viscosity of 1.0-4.0 dl/g and having a thickness of 10-30 μm. Next, a layer 4 made of an ethylene/ methyacrylate copolymer having a methacrylate content of 5-35 wt.% and having a thickness of 1-10 μm and a layer 5 made of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin having a vinyl acetate content of 10-30 wt.% and having a thickness of 4-24 μm are laminated with each other to obtain an adhesive resin layer having a thickness of 5-25 μm. The adhesive resin layer is laminated with the above low-melting polypropylene resin layer 2.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the separation of a laminated resin layer by laminating a polypropylene resin layer, a resin layer composed of a mixture containing an ethylene.propylene.butene tertiary copolymer and a bonding resin layer of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin layer laminated all together. SOLUTION: A polypropylene resin and a low melting point polypropylene resin are fed into an extruder to manufacture a non-drawn sheet. A resin layer composed of an ethylene.propylene copolymer containing 50-95 wt.% propylene component, a propylene.butene copolymer and an ethylene.propylene.butene tertiary copolymer and also an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin are fed into an extruder, extruded onto a low melting point propylene resin layer of a film and laminated thereon. The ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin used for the bonding resin layer contains a 10-30 wt.% vinyl acetate content. The laminate bonding force is strengthened by the arrangement and the superior gloss and clear feeling can be provided by the arrangement.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a vapor-deposited layer from breaking down and inhibit the content from becoming oxidized and thereby maintain the freshness of the content by setting the surface of film on the outer side and the coefficient of friction of the film with the surface of a metal to specific values and further, using polypropylene film of higher tensile strength than specified as an inner film. SOLUTION: In order to prevent a vapor-deposited layer from breaking down, the thickness of an outer film 2 formed on one side of the vapor-deposited layer 3 should be 32μm or less. On the other hand, the thickness of an inner film 4 formed on the other side of the vapor-deposited layer 3 should be at least, 12μm, so that a tensile strength is generated to prevent the vapor-deposited layer 4 from breaking down. In addition, the coefficient of friction between the surface of the film 2 on the outer side and the surface of a metal is 0.5 or less. It is possible to prevented the vapor-deposited layer 3 from breaking down by setting the coefficient of friction to 0.5 or less. The inner film 4 is of the polypropylene type and it is necessary that tensile strength of the film be at least, 20kg/cm.
