Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the smooth touch and the mechanical characteristics and upgrade the interlayer adhesive force with the elimination of glittering by specifying the interlayer adhesive strength of a biaxially oriented layer and a uniaxially oriented layer. SOLUTION: A resin for forming a basic layer is a biaxially oriented polypropylene resin and the degree of isotacticity of an isotactic polypropylene resin is 85% or higher. The polypropylene resin of an intermediate layer laminated on one of the faces of the basic layer is preferably to have 20-90 J/g amount of crystalline fusion heat in order to achieve 120 g/cm or more interlayer adhesive strength. Further the polypropylene resin of the intermediate layer is preferably to have a main endothermic peak following the crystalline fusion at 155-163 deg.C. The intermediate resin layer is preferably of such a type that the isotactic polypropylene resin with 60-80% mesopentad molar fraction is a main component. A uniaxially oriented polypropylene resin is laminated as a surface layer on the intermediate layer.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance the adhesiveness of a base film and a metal film layer by applying corona discharge treatment to the base film immediately before laminating the metal film layer to said film. CONSTITUTION:The rear of the base film 6 sent out of an unwinder 1 is subjected to corona discharge treatment by a corona discharge treatment apparatus 2. Immediately thereafter, the film 6 is fed to a metal film forming apparatus 3 to form a metal film layer to the rear of the film 6 under a vacuum atmosphere. This metal film laminated film 6A is reversed to be fed to a laminator 4 to coat the metal film layer with the laminating resin from a die 53 and taken up as a desired multilayer film 6B by a winder 5.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the separation of a laminated resin layer by laminating a polypropylene resin layer, a resin layer composed of a mixture containing an ethylene.propylene.butene tertiary copolymer and a bonding resin layer of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin layer laminated all together. SOLUTION: A polypropylene resin and a low melting point polypropylene resin are fed into an extruder to manufacture a non-drawn sheet. A resin layer composed of an ethylene.propylene copolymer containing 50-95 wt.% propylene component, a propylene.butene copolymer and an ethylene.propylene.butene tertiary copolymer and also an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin are fed into an extruder, extruded onto a low melting point propylene resin layer of a film and laminated thereon. The ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin used for the bonding resin layer contains a 10-30 wt.% vinyl acetate content. The laminate bonding force is strengthened by the arrangement and the superior gloss and clear feeling can be provided by the arrangement.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain resin film, in which the generation of scraped-off particle and the thickness unevenness are few, by a method wherein resin film is obtained by cooling molten resin arranged on a casting drum and both the edges of the film are shaped flat. CONSTITUTION:Molten resin 15 in a nozzle 11 flows down continuously from a nozzle lip 11A onto the top face of a casting drum 12 and is moved below spot coolers 13 and 13 through the rotation of the casting drum 12. Both the edges of the molten resin 15 are fixed with the spot coolers 13 and 13 so as to make the width of the resin nearly constant through the fixation of the positions of both end parts of the resin. The molten resin 15 is brought into close contact with the casting drum 12 by means of air jetted from an air knife 14 and cooled in order to obtain resin film 15A. Both the edges of the resin film 15A are pressed and shaped flat with nip rolls 16. Further, the scanning of both its edges is improved, resulting in decreasing the generation of scraping-off particle and the staining and thickness ununiformity of the resin film 15A are improved.

Next, a layer 4 made of an ethylene/ methyacrylate copolymer having a methacrylate content of 5-35 wt.% and having a thickness of 1-10 μm and a layer 5 made of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin having a vinyl acetate content of 10-30 wt.% and having a thickness of 4-24 μm are laminated with each other to obtain an adhesive resin layer having a thickness of 5-25 μm. The adhesive resin layer is laminated with the above low-melting polypropylene resin layer 2.
