Abstract: A waterproof-finished fabric and a sealing tape for a waterproof-finished fabric which have a waterproofing layer and, laminated thereon, a resin composition containing spherical particles having a specific particle diameter; and a piece of waterproof clothing using the fabric or the sealing tape. The clothing has good waterproofing properties, is comfortable to wear, is lightweight and further can be manufactured at a low cost.
