Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing dyed fabric, free from unevenness of dyeing due to oligomer by dyeing a fabric comprising a polyester multifilament subjected to high speed spinning at a specific spinning rate or above while controlling pH of a dyeing bath to a specific value range. SOLUTION: In dyeing a fabric comprising a polyester multifilament yarn having >=0.090 and =5,000m/min and =8.5 and -OH)n [R is C2 H4 or C3 H6 ; (n) is an integer of 1-3; R is H or a 1-5C alkyl] and a buffer agent such as acetic acid/sodium pyrophosphate is jointly used and the difference of pH before and after dyeing is kept to

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the stable weight reduction treatment with good reproducibility by performing breatment for removing the sea part while circulating an island-in-sea type conjugated textile fabric without stopping the textile fabric in an apparatus for liquid stream treatment. SOLUTION: A woven fabric 7 comprising an island-in-sea type conjugated fiber formed by arranging a readily soluble component such as an Na sulfoisophthalic acid copolyester in a sea part and a hardly soluble component such as polyethylene terephthalate in an island part is charged into an apparatus for liquid stream treatment and uniform treatment for removing the sea part is carried out at 15-20c/sec moving speed in a fabric retention vessel 1 of the apparatus without substantially stopping the textile fabric to afford an ultrafine fiber woven fabric. The transfer state of the woven fabric 7 in the retention vessel 1 is regulated by expanding or contracting a gap of a jetting port and adjusting the jetting flow rate of a treating liquid at the jetting port of the apparatus within the range of 0.005-0.15m /sea based on 100g/m woven fabric METSUKE(mass per unit area) and the fabric moving speed near the jetting port within the range of 2-10m/sec according to the weight reduction of the woven fabric 7.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for treating a fiber product, capable of preventing a transfer trouble due to the foaming of a treating solution and capable of giving a fiber product free from a processing defect by disposing a defoaming device in a transfer passage connected from one end of a fiber product- accumulating tank to the other end. SOLUTION: A transfer passage 2 is connected from one end of an accumulating tank 1 for a fiber product 16 such as a fabric to the other end to form a circular passage. A foam-sucking jacket 9 of defoaming device is disposed in the transfer passage 2. The foam-sucking jacket 9 is preferably set to a pressure-increasing site in the horizontal part of the transfer passage 2, and the foam is recovered into a recovery storage tank 11 through a foam-carrying pipe 10. The device can suitably control the foaming of the treating solution to reduce the wrinkles of a rope, the packing wrinkles of a fiber product, etc., thereby enabling to eliminate the generation of a defective fiber product.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the subject fiber, excellent in a light chromatic color and useful as sportswear, etc., by regulating the degree of exhaustion of a sheath part with a prescribed brightener to a prescribed amount or less based on that of a core part and the degree of exhaustion on an acidic chromatic dye to a prescribed amount based on that of the sheath part. CONSTITUTION:The objective fiber which is conjugate fiber, obtained by arranging a polyamide (e.g. nylon 6) in a sheath part and a sulfonated aromatic dicarboxylic acid-modified polyester (e.g. 5-sulfoisophthalic acid; the amount of copolymerization is preferably 0.5-6mol%) in a core part and dyed with a cationic type fluorescent brightener and an acidic chromatic dye. The sheath part has a degree of exhaustion of the cationic type fluorescent brightener of

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a conjugate fiber exhibiting clear color and containing a core part and a sheath part having respective specific percentage exhaustions by carrying out cationic dyeing of a conjugate fiber composed of a polyester modified with a sulfonated aromatic dicarboxylic acid as the core part and a polyamide modified with a sulfonated aromatic dicarboxylic acid as the sheath part. CONSTITUTION:A conjugate fiber is produced by using a polyester copolymerized with a sulfonated aromatic dicarboxylic acid [preferably 5-sulfoxyisophthalic acid (salt)] as the core part and a polyamide copolymerized with a sulfonated aromatic dicarboxylic acid as the sheath part and spinning the polymers in a concentric core-sheath form at a core : sheath ratio of preferably (80-25):(20-85). The objective conjugate fiber dyed with cationic dye, having excellent light-fastness and cleaning-fastness of the dyed color and useful for clothes can be produced by the cationic dyeing of the above conjugate fiber in such a manner as to get the percentage exhaustion of the sheath part of
