Abstract:
In the process of drawing/heat treating synthetic fiber thread melted and spun via a plurality of godet rollers and subsequently winding the same, accumulation of extraneous matter on the surface of the godet rollers may be prevented by performing multistage drawing/heat treatment while reciprocating the thread in the direction of the axis of rotation of the godet roller using the godet rollers at least two of which have surfaces having the roughness of 0.5
Abstract:
Melt-spun synthetic fiber yarns are stretched/heat treated via a plurality of godet rollers, and godet rollers that provide a surface roughness of 0.5
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a synthetic fiber that can suppress the accumulation of attached material on the surface of godet rollers, eliminate failures, e.g. yarn breakage or fluffing, permit stabilized long-term operation, reduce surface abrasion of the godet rollers and improve the production efficiency by using a plurarity of the godet rollers, and provide a yarn traversing device that is directly used in the production method of synthetic fiber. SOLUTION: In this method of producing the synthetic fiber, the melt-extruded fiber is drawn and heat-treated by using a plurality of the godet rollers, and then wound up. The fiber passes through the yarn-bundling guide, and the bundling guide is synchronized with one or plural of drawing auxiliaries that are arranged between the godet rollers before the fiber is wound around the godet roller immediately after melt extrusion and after or before or after the winding on the roller whereby the fiber is reciprocated along the rotation axis of the godet roller. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both a polyester yarn for a canvas, having excellent stain resistance, retaining the excellent stain resistance for a long period of time, having high strength and high elasticity as a canvas, capable of controlling change in physical properties of yarn after heat setting of backing fabric and not causing yarn slippage of backing fabric of woven fabric and having excellent durability and a canvas using the yarn. SOLUTION: This polyester yarn for a canvas is obtained by using a polyester as a core part polymer and a polyester blended with a fluorine-containing polymer so as to have 0.05-5.0 wt.% fluorine content as a sheath part polymer. A sheath core conjugate yarn having 40-90 wt.% core part ratio and 10-60 wt.% sheath ratio is used at least in a part of a monofilament component. The polyester for a canvas comprises the core part having 0.90-1.10 intrinsic viscosity(IV), >=8.0 g/d strength,
