Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform simple and reliable leading of a yarn even when constitution filaments at a yarn end are entangled with each other. SOLUTION: An adhesive substance 2 formed of an adhesive material 2b having adhesion stipulated in JIS K6301 being 50-1200gf is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of a package P and the yarn end of the outer layer surface of the yarn package P is adhered to the adhesive substance 2 to effect leading of a yarn. Preferably, hardness of the adhesive material 2b is set to JIS-A hardness 10 or less. Further, the adhesive substance 2 is forced into pressure contact with the outer peripheral surface of a yarn package P with a pressure force of 10,000-40,000 Pa.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for taking out the port thread of a package, whereby production efficiency is improved by performing stable port thread taking-out for a long time without reducing the adhesive/sticking function of a port thread taking-out means using adhesion or adsorption. SOLUTION: A rotary body 2 having an adhesive or adsorption surface and at least two slit grooves 8a and 8b provided in a direction crossing a rotational direction with an interval in a peripheral direction on the surface is brought into contact with the surface of a thread line package P and thereby the thread end of the thread line package side is made adhesive and wound on the rotary body 2. This rotary body 2 is moved to a position away from the thread line package P, the wound thread line is cut by moving a cutter 11 along the slit groove 8a and then the cut wound thread line is peeled from the thread line package P by moving a thread peeling claw 12 along the slit groove 8b.

SOLUTION: The yarn end Y of a package P stuck to an ouer layer surface of a package P is adhered to an pressure sensitive adhesive sheet arranged in an outer peripheral part of a pressure sensitive adhesive rotary body 2 by rotating the pressure sensitive adhesive rotary body 2 and the package P in a contact condition, and is wound round the pressure sensitive adhesive rotary body 2. After rotation of the package P is stopped, the pressure sensitive adhesive body 2 retreats to a (p2) position being a separate position, and suction of a suction nozzle 14 is started. A yarn strip Y formed between the pressure sensitive adhesive rotary body 2 and the package P is sucked to the suction nozzle 14 by rotating the package P in the yarn winding direction by a 1/4 round or more and again rotating it in the yarn releasing direction. Afterwards, the yarn strip Y between the pressure sensitive adhesive rotary body 2 and the suction nozzle 14 is cut by pushing up a cutter 16 by actuating a cylinder 15.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver forcibly the bunch winding yarn bitten into the slit groove of a bobbin by, after cutting bunch winding, attracting yarn on transfer tail side with an attracting device and gripping them with a pair of contact rollers, and controlling the peripheral speed of the bobbin and the peripheral speed of the contact roller. SOLUTION: A package 1 is stopped in place by being rotated on a bobbin 2 in the yarn winding direction at a slow speed, and making the sensor 15 detect a point mark at the end of the bobbin 2. After its stopping, an attracting device 9 is made to come near the bunch winding at the end of the bobbin 2 by an air cylinder, and at the same time, the bunch winding is pressed by three yarn pressing rollers 16. A cutter 17 lowers and cuts the bunch winding on the bobbin 2. At the same time the bobbin 2 is rotated in the yarn winding direction, by which the cutting yarn end of the bunch winding is attracted and gripped by the attracting device 9, and the yarn is delivered forcibly as a result of a free roller 12 being brought into pressure contact with a driving roller 11.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate sure pulling-out of bunch wound thread fitted in a slit groove of a bobbin and reduce the treating time thereof by continuously deliverying out the thread sucked by a suction means while holding the same, pulling out the bunch wound thread fitted in the slit groove, and leading it to the suction means. SOLUTION: A package 1 is rotated on a bobbin 2 in the thread winding direction, and it is stopped so that a part of the bobbin 2 without a slit comes to a position corresponding to the position of a cutter 17 by the aid of a detection means. A sucker means 9 comes close to a bunch winding 3 and at the same time three thread retaining rollers 16 retain the winding 3. The cutter 17 descends to cut the winding 3, and the bobbin 2 is rotated in the thread winding direction and after the cut thread of bunch winding 3 is sucked by the suction means 9, it is made to retreat together with the cutter 17. A free roller 12 is pressure contacted with a drive roller 11 and the cut bunch winding 3 is nipped by and between the rollers 11, 12. The drive roller 11 is rotated in the thread delivering direction to the side of the sucker means 9 and the bobbin 2 is rotated in the direction to release the winding 9 sucked and held by the sucker means 9.
