Abstract: PURPOSE: To uniformalize the film thickness at the center part of a coating film-formed material and to prevent the increase of film thickness at the periphery of the coating film-formed material. CONSTITUTION: The film thickness in the range of 10mm from the end part of the coating film to the center of the coating film of the coating film-formed material 9 formed on a material to be coated 8 is controlled not to exceed 1.75 times of average film thickness over the part except a part in the range of 10mm from the end part of the coating film to the center of the coating film and the film thickness over the part except the part in the range of 10mm from the end part of the coating film to the center of the coating film is controlled to 95-105% of the average film thickness.
