Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the falling of a drum by providing a cushioning member in a position higher than the wheel frame of a carrying truck and protruded from the wheel frame. SOLUTION: Fixed wheels 12 and free wheels 13 are mounted on a frame 14 by twos, respectively, and frames 15, 16 are fixed on the upper surface of the frame 14 vertically upward. Struts are mounted on the center part of the frame. Frames 21, 22, 23 for mounting rods are set on the struts. Drum products are caught by the rods one by one. The frames 15, 16 have grip bars to be held in handling of a carrying truck. Rubber vibration isolator pipes 17 are fitted to the frames 15, 16 so as to be put on the grip bars. After the rubber vibration isolator pipe 17, which is longitudinally cut, is fitted to the pipe, the cut surfaces are mutually adhered by rubber paste, and the rubber circumference is adhesively fixed in two upper and lower positions by a vinyl tape.
