    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a polyamide composition keeping excellent flexibility, heat- resistance, weather resistance and discoloration-preventing property over a long period by compounding a plasticized polyamide with a copper halide compound, a potassium halide and a polycarbonate oligomer. CONSTITUTION:The objective polyamide composition is produced by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. of a plasticized polyamide produced by compounding 5-25wt.% of a low-molecular weight plasticizer (preferably p- toluenesulfonamide, etc.) to nylon 11 or nylon 12 with (B) 0.005-0.1 pts.wt. (in terms of Cu) of a copper halide compound, preferably a complex of a copper halide and 2-mercaptobenzimidazole or 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, (C) 0.05-1 pt.wt. (preferably 0.1-0.5 pts.wt.) of a potassium halide (preferably potassium iodide) and (D) 0.1-10 pts.wt. (preferably 0.5-5 pts.wt.) of a polycarbonate oligomer, preferably an oligomer produced by the reaction of bisphenol A and phosgene and containing 2-20 (preferably 5-10) recurring units of formula.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide interlining with proper rigidity as well as soft wearing feeling and obtain resistances to washing, which comprises a resin base having a specified bending modulus of elasticity, and a resin sheath having a specified bending modulus of elasticity and hardness. CONSTITUTION: Interlining for clothing is constituted of a resin base A, having bending elastic modulus of 9000kg/cm , and a resin sheath B, having a bending modulus of elasticity of 5000kg/cm or less and a hardness of 25-65 in shore D-hardness. The base A is constituted preferably of a thermosetting resin such as polyamide, polybutylene terephthalate, polyethylene terephthalate, polyacetal and the like. Polyamide elastomer, polyester elastomer, polyorefin elastomer and the like are used for the sheath B. In order to obtain the sufficient bonding property of an interface between both units, the combination of resins having amide structure and ester structure respectively is preferable. On the other hand, it is effective to provide with the bonding layer of modified polyolefin or the like between the core unit and the sheath unit.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a mandrel having proper flexibility, heat resistance, dimensional stability, surface hardness and rigidity. CONSTITUTION:The mandrel is made such that a resin composite is extrusion- molded into a rod shape, which contains 10-50 pts.wt. maleic acid anhydride denaturated EPDM and 0-20 pts.wt. sulfonic amide plasticizer with respect to 100 pts.wt. nylon resin. The mandrel is characterized that after a part of the nylon resin and sulfonic amide plasticizer are kneaded so as to be a plasticized nylon, a resin composite fusionally kneaded by adding the remainder is subjected to extrusion molding for making it into a rod shape. By employing these mandrels, hoses formed with polyamide resin in its pipe inner layer are readily manufactured with stable quality, such as a fuel transportation hose, a low gas permeable hose, a pressure resistive hose and so on.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion between a core material and a skin material by bicolor-molding a core material consisting polyamide and thermoplastic polyurethane and a skin material consisting of polyether esteramide and thermoplastic polyurethane. CONSTITUTION:For example, a predetermined quantity of nylon 12 and thermoplastic polyurethane are melt-kneaded for forming pellets to be used as core material. Whereas, a predetermined quantity of polyether esteramide and thermoplastic polyurethane are melt-kneaded for forming pellets to be used as skin material. The a core material and skin material are introduced to a bicolor molding machine for molding a clip 1. The clip 1 obtained herein includes a square engaging plate 2 in its uppermost part, a circular seat metal plate 3 in its middle part, and deformable anchor-shaped claw 4 in its lower part which are molded integrally, and further the claw 4 is comprised of a core part in its core layer and skin part in its surface. The clip 1 is used for attaching such that the engaging part 2 is inserted into the rear side channel in the waist molding of an automobile and the claw 4 is inserted into the body hole of the vehicle body.
