Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a separator for a secondary cell in which organic resin microparticles are laminated at low cost and adhesiveness with respect to an electrode is produced. The present invention is a separator for a secondary cell characterized in that a porous layer containing organic resin microparticles having an average grain diameter of 0. 02 ?m to less than 0.40 ?m is laminated on at least one surface of a porous base material, the film thickness of the porous layer being 0.10 ?m to less than 2.5 ?m.
Abstract:
A production method of polyvinylidene fluoride resin particles comprising: (Process al) a process to precipitate the polyvinylidene fluoride resin particles by adding a 100 mass% solution in total consisting of 75 to 99 mass% organic solvent, 1 to 25 mass% water and 0.5 to 15 mass% polyvinylidene fluoride resin to a poor solvent of the polyvinylidene fluoride resin; or (Process a2) a process to precipitate polyvinylidene fluoride resin particles by performing a flash-crystallization of the solution. With such a configuration, PVDF resin particles can be industrially produced by simple operations without using surfactant agent.

A production method of polyvinylidene fluoride resin particles comprising: (Process a1) a process to precipitate the polyvinylidene fluoride resin particles by adding a 100 mass% solution in total consisting of 75 to 99 mass% organic solvent, 1 to 25 mass% water and 0.5 to 15 mass% polyvinylidene fluoride resin to a poor solvent of the polyvinylidene fluoride resin; or (Process a2) a process to precipitate polyvinylidene fluoride resin particles by performing a flash-crystallization of the solution.
