Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the implantation of hair into a PP molded product by mixing 20-90wt.% chlorinated PP dispersed in the form of an O/W type emulsion with 80-10wt.% acrylic emulsion to prepare a binder compsn. for implanting hair. CONSTITUTION:20-90wt.% chlorinated PP dispersed in the form of an O/W type emulsion and having 10-100P viscosity measured with a B type viscometer is gradually mixed with 80-10wt.% acrylic emulsion to prepare a binder compsn. for implanting hair into a polyolefin molded product. The compsn. has 10-100P, preferably 20-60P viscosity. Chlorinated PP dispersed in the form of a stable O/W type emulsion can be prepd. by adding a surfactant and water to a soln. of chlorinated stactic PP having 20-50wt.% chlorine content in triol and by stirring them by means of a homomixer or the like.
